They say they haven't changed it. I've been using Royal Canin Yorkshire since they launched it several years ago. It sorted out my old girl's diaorrhea, never to return, & all my little bunch are on it. Last weekend I got a new delivery & the packaging had changed from green to gold. I opened the new bag & my lot won't touch it! Well, except Button who'd eat a scabby donkey if you put gravy on it I rang them & they swore they hadn't changed the formula, only the pack. Managed to get Ellie to eat some of it yesterday, got 5 sacks for goodness sake! But I've had to take her to the vets today with a dreadful dose of the trots Anyone else using it & noticed a difference?

Yes, she's on pills now & chicken & rice, but the oddest thing is how the others won't touch it now. I tried mixing some of Ellie's chicken & rice with theirs to fool them but the little monkeys licked round the Royal Canin & left every piece in their dishes! Next I tried giving it to my bigger breed dogs. They go mad for the Yorkshire food normally but aren't allowed it as, with the amount they eat, I'd need a Lottery win! But even they turned their noses up at it. I'm finding it hard to believe that there isn't SOMETHING different since they changed to these new gold sacks.

Hhmmm... it's getting curiouser and curiouser Maybe... if you tried writing or emailing RC about this and get their confirmation (or otherwise) in writing that the formula has not changed. It could be the person on the phone was just being a "job's worth" and not admitting to anything Maybe... you could try getting it exchanged for something like the Mini Sensible for sensitive tummies. I can let you have a sample if you haven't tried it to see if she/they will deign to give it a go. and... just maybe... they are all sensing some negative vibes about the stuff now

Well, it's the devil's own job trying to email them. I searched their site for an hour trying to find an email address, they don't make it easy All I could find were the phone number, where I got no joy, & an address so I'll have to try writing to them. I still have a bag of Mini junior left, so they can have that till I get it sorted. But thanks for the offer, Lorrie. How do you find the Sensible? Do they like it?

They love the Sensible. I mix it with the Yorkie and the Sensible gets furkled out first, then they go for the Yorkie - which by then is usually scattered across the floor BTW the kibble is about half the size of the Yorkie and smells a bit like Marmite. I quite like the smell but know several people who absolutely loathe it - just like Marmite .
