| Brenda Aloff Canine Aggression Seminar Thought some of you could be interested in going, Brenda is an amazing teacher and great with aggresive dogs of all sizes. PM me for the email address for registering. Joy Brenda Aloff’s Canine Aggression Seminar January 14 and 15th, 2006 CE CREDITS OFFERED To be held in Victoria Behaviour problems are the number one reason for owner surrender - - and aggression is the most troublesome of all behaviour problems. Aggression comes in many forms for many different reasons – all of which will be addressed by Brenda in this two day seminar. Working dogs will be selected to give as many different examples as possible, allowing spectators to benefit from the seemingly same behaviour, only with numerous reasons and triggers. This seminar is for dog owners, or those who work with dogs. Brenda will teach us subtle signals that dogs give that need to be noticed. She will show us how to deal with these situations, safely. Owners, groomers, Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians, shelter or rescue workers will all benefit, not to mention those of us who live with such dogs. In addition, Brenda will show us how to cope with an aggressive dog in a class setting, making this pertinent to all dog instructors. Brenda Aloff, who lives in Detroit, is a professional dog trainer specializing in problem behaviour of canines. A large portion of her practice consists of dogs that are referred when traditional techniques have failed. She is the author of numerous articles for canine publications, and her books are Positive Reinforcement; training dogs in the real world, and Aggression in Dogs. , |
