2) As you are a fairly inexperienced breeder yourself who did not have very good luck with your litter, it's probably not very wise to try to coach others on breeding. Especially considering that the information you are passing on is not entirely correct. The size of the male and female alone means very little. That alone does not make it "safe." The sizes of the OTHER dogs in their lines plays an important role as well, among many other things.

Passing inaccurate information like this is very dangerous!

i didn't notice the date and as for the size not 1 but 4 yorkie breeders who have been breeding for over 20yrs told me size does matter cause it could cause a c-section when the male is bigger producing bigger litters..and before i did any breeding i did a lot of research and talked to my vet..

Did I say that the size of the male was not important? No. I said that the size of the male ALONE is not enough to take into consideration. If 'not 1 but 4 Yorkie breeders' are telling you that it is, then 'not 1 but 4 Yorkie breeders' are also incorrect. I'm sure I could find 'not 1 but 4 Yorkie breeders', probably more, here on YT who would be more than happy to verify this for you. There are not 1 but hundreds of people who like to call themselves 'breeders' out there who claim there are "teacup" Yorkies...but that doesn't make it true.
You previous posts here on YT suggest otherwise about the amount of research you did before breeding. I still stand by what I said. As someone still relatively new to breeding, trying to advise others and not providing complete, accurate information is very dangerous.

I got lexi fixed (female) I heard it will prevent alot of health issues int he future...plus she wont be as hormonal and listen better. Id rather there NOT being male dogs following her when she's in heat.
It was weird because the other day I went to the doggy park and some male chiwawa tried to hump my baby =(
