| ![]() I posted this in the general, but thought I'd post it here too. Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: Kricket: Petfinder So this is a link to the lil' guy that I found yesterday and my other half k-boshed! He won't agree to him for a few reasons... One he's older, two he's a rescue and is afraid of inheriting behavioural problems & three he wants a black & tan yorkie. I think those are all ridiculous reason why not to get him and it's breaking my heart that I can't save him. I emailed the lady who's fostering him and this is what she sent me. I just wanted to post it up here to give him more exposure since I can't adopt him -I'm hoping he'll find a new loving home soon. Info on Kricket:One year 3 months old Clean Bill of Health - had a surgery for liver shunt correction (July 08) - now repaired he is in great health - no issuesNeutered - up to date on vaccinations - PetParent will have to do that in the Spring. He could not have it bc of surgery - due in Spring6.9 lbsTemperment is perfect - sweet and adorable - no issues there - very loving98% house trained - he needs a little work there - he does go outside but when cold will go inside - is presently being pee pad trained as well. Gets along with any other dog and cats. No separation anxiety Our procedure is if you are interested the following occurs: 1. You need to fill out an application 2. After review we ask that you visit Kricket 3. If you visit and want to proceed with adoption we do a home visit 4. You have to be an approved home prior to adoption 5. We do vet checks and references 6. If approved there is adoption papers to fill out 7. Additional information is given at Home visit
