| Play Party Near GTA Lets get to it and plan a "coffee and play party" for our wee people! It doesn't need to be a whole long event, just a quick meetup to meet each other and introduce our babies! Hopefully it will lead to all sorts of helpful relationships for questions / sitting / assistance / play mates!! To get us going i will toss out some ideas... 1) lots of parks along Lakeshore Road; 2) lots of tim hortons/starbucks along Lakeshore Road; 3) lots of groomers / pet stores along Lakeshore Road.... Can we try something in Port Credit (Mississauga) area? Maybe take a walk along the street to get a coffee / look in pet store(s)? Head to a park for a few? Saturday or Sunday?

| Hi! I live in Hamilton and yes it would be fun to meet with others. Sunday would be best for me because most Saturdays I drive east of Oshawa to see my Mother in a nursing home. However if Saturday is better for others, I will do the visit another day. Do you have a date in mind? I know of at least two others in the immediate area who might come.

| No worries about your Oshawa trips, that is exactly why I tossed it out there... If you've got a few people in mind to drop by, then we could start to plan a few weeks out and hopefully other YTT folks will join us. There is a cute stretch of stores in Port Credit village where Highway 10 meets the lakeshore. We can also head south to the lake front. Looking forward to setting something up!

| Hi Gardeness! If we can get enough people interested in this, we will have to come up with a location convenient to everyone. Barrie is quite a drive!!

| Hi Linda, Anywhere in the northend of Toronto would be great too! I don't expect everyone (anyone? ) to drive to Barrie. You're right, it is quite a drive and I do it everyday to work in Toronto - gah!

| GTA meet I live in Ajax and would prefer Toronto so I can take the GO train into town. Anyone going to Woofstock this weekend. I just saw that this Animal Housecalls on CP24 is on this weekend Front Street. This will have all breeds of dogs and you may have to carry your littles guys and girls. Lotsof vendors will be present. Try WOOFSTOCK ::: The Largest Festival For Dogs In North America ::: www.woofstock.ca ::: for more info. |

| I'd love to meet everyone else too. I am glad there are more Yorkietalkers in this area now. Keep me posted as I might be travelling overseas soon depending on my future job if it happens and where is the place as I need to arrange for transportation. I am from Burlington.

| GTA meet Most weekends for now are free for me so if a date is picked most likely it will be okay but depend on the meeting location. |

| GTA meet Can someone suggest a place that would be a good place to meet and a date and let's see who can make it. I hate to see this cancelled. I like the Lakeshore or even Port Credit not sure where this is. But let's get it on. |
