| Help pls, foster Mom need for litter of pups My daughters dog, Angel who has had a litter of 5 pups on Tuesday, June 5 has come down with Calcium Deficiency, and we are searching for a foster mom. These are Yorkie pups. Does anyone have a dog or cat that has a litter that we could foster these babies to? She has to leave on Tuesday for Washington, DC, and we sure could use a helping hand. She lives in Bay Area near San Mateo. Thanks for your help. vnannizzi@aol.com Vicki 209 931-2121 |

| You can always put a call in to your Vet (abut recent births) and your local humane society. They may know of someone who can help you.

| Could she get someone to take care of the pups and feed them bitch's milk that you can buy in pet stores? I don't think you will have much luck finding a lactating Yorkie that would have enough milk for more puppies. If I lived closer I would take them and take care of them for her. I'm retired and home all the time. |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Awe, I wish I could help....my Abbi nursed her babies up until 2-3 weeks ago. She could have handled a few more; hope you have some success. |

| Yorkie mom Well the way it is going, she has found some liquid calicum, and will be adding that to Angel's diet. Breeder up here recommended it. Said that she started one of her bitches on it, and by the time she got the bitch to the vet the calicum was normal. So that is the plan of attack. Keep your fingers crossed, we'd hate to loose 2 tiny girls and 3 boys. I would have taken them, but I am about dog out right now. One of my girls is spending the night in the vets, with vomiting and the back end going. Running test. Then I have a litter of 3 female pups that I am trying to sell. |
