Everyone asking for proof. is it not enough proof that glenda admitted to doing it? She said as for the health certificates i do ship to puppylove from time. not her dogs though. she is admitting the certificates are true and that she ships |
I'm staying out of this completely.. but just felt the need to clear up an misconception regarding health certs. You don't have to OWN or breed, or have the registration papers in your name, or any other tie to a dog to be the Consignee on a health certificate. A health certificate has to be in the name of the SHIPPER of a dog, if Joe Blow was taking Fido to the airport, regardless of whether Joe owned or bred Fido, or picked him up wondering on the street... he would be the one who's name needed to be on the health cert...IF HE WERE TAKING THE DOG TO THE AIRPORT TO SHIP. It does not mean he owned or bred the dog. I'm otherwise not commenting on this thread.. but I don't like when people are led to believe something that isn't true. Quote:

Can the collective you forgive her, if she did do wrong (not saying that she did), and doesn't repeat it? |

I have purchased a puppy from Puppy Love. I've been following this post and felt to stupid to respond. I'm only on post 161 now but I will continue to read. |

did i say sick puppies? i said puppies like your dog meaning dogs from puppymills. thank you. OHHHH please reread all my messages and in each one i stated not her dogs. I honestly dont think they are hers but i do think she put herself in this situation. If you involve yourself in stuff like that you have to know it may come out. Shipping the puppies came straight from her and yall still dont think thats proof so would honestly be enough proof? lol nothing. she admitted it i have said i have nothing against her breeding just about her shipping other people puppies for them to her friends at puppy love to be sold. |
i would forgive her if it was true and she stopped. I can say we have all made mistakes and i dont want to be held a grudge to because of my mistakes. But dont put her on a higher pedestal making what she did right because its not. If a person would have came on here saying they ship puppies to puppyland everyone would have jumped on the thread saying how bad pet stores are and how what this perosn was doing is wrong. but since like i said before this glenda is a person who is a shower and a great breeder there is no way that what she admitted to is wrong. |

The dog that I purchased was a cockapoo for my daughter. I believe someone should start another thread as well. Madison turned 2 in October and just spent the last 2 weeks with me. She is healthy, happy, and very bright. Since cockapoos are not akc we do not have papers. I went into the store for a yorkie, but my daughter was "afraid" of such a small dog, and Maddy locked eyes with my girl, and that was that. A "Puppymill" was something my daughters were very much aware of, and Puppy Love was actually in a news add Reported as a new kind of pet store that sold puppies from breeders . They accepted the full litter and each litter was kept together in the cagesin the store. |

glenda beavers http://www.ct.gov/doag/cwp/view.asp?a=1366&q=258962 Go to this link, call the Animal Control Division at the Department of Agriculture in Hartford, CT. Request copies of 4 health certificates. You may have to request them in writing, ask if there is a copying and mailing fee (it will be minimal). I always just go there, it’s only an hour away, but assume most of you aren’t in CT. Ask for the following Oklahoma health certificates: 1359147 (The 2 Bulldogs) dated 6/2/08 1371383 (4 Poodles, 6 Yorkies) dated 8/21/08 1371384 (2 Pugs) dated 8/21/08 1145021 (1 Pug, 5 Yorkies) dated 1/22/07 Please note, those are the vet sign-off dates located at the bottom of the certificates. Glenda Beavers or Sean/Nancy Silverman are listed as the consignors (sellers). That way you will be getting the certificates from a disinterested third party and you can make of it what you will. You could probably request the same information from the Oklahoma Dept of Ag, although I do not have their contact info. All I have stated from the beginning is that Glenda Beavers does not have a USDA breeder OR broker license to sell to pet stores based upon the number of breeding females at her facility. I don’t care about her show ring reputation, that’s not my concern. But if she cares so much for puppies, why would she ship so many to a store that buys the bulk of its pups from Hunte Corporation, the largest and most notorious puppy broker in the country? Would she not be concerned about the diseases her pups would be exposed to in the store? Parvo, kennel cough, pneumonia, giardia, coccidia etc? I’ve truly had enough of being attacked by the lynch mob on this site. I have presented the truth from the beginning and stand by it. If there is some way that you all want to justify Ms. Beaver’s actions, so be it. Doesn’t trouble me one way or the other, I was just sharing information from the documents I have. |
