| We had to take Gizmo to the petsmart vet when he was a puppy because he had really bad allergies and the regular vet was all booked up. They charged outrageous prices, put a muzzle on him for barking (this was before he showed his aggressive behavior) and charged us for the muzzle, we didnt even get to keep it!! I'm sorry, but if you can't handle a dog barking, then don't go into a business working with dogs!!! Then they put an ugly bandana on him and made him look ridiculous. Needless to say, we have never went back there. But thats just this on in Gurnee, Illinois. Like someone already said, I'm sure other ones are different. |

| ya for now i mean i only went once and going back tomorrow because the dog scoots and sneezes, prob need acouple weeks to really see and the cost well doesnt bother me to much because it aint much difference to other vets by to much. If anything i'll stick with them for a year since i'm on the wellness plan or if its that bad i'll pay off the wellness plan and change vets , but i'll post if anything negative comes up |

| I take Sadie to a Banfield & LOVE our vet. I told her that if she ever leaves Banfield & goes somewhere else, she has to let me know where she goes because we'll follow her. The staff is wonderful. I've never met a more loving staff. They all just kiss Sadie & talk sweet to her. And I did the wellness plan, so the prices aren't too bad...especially if you're like me & take her in if ANYTHING is wrong (the office visits don't cost me anything). I've just had a wonderful experience there. I think that like all places, there are good ones and bad ones. I was hesitant to take her there at first, it felt like me going to the dr at Wal-Mart or something. But after meeting the vet and staff, I was so impressed.

| I was extremely angry and disappointed with their services in 3 different cities That was enough for me to never even look at them again. This is actually the first I've EVER heard of anyone liking them. But I'm glad you had a positive experience. They have a lot of complaints about them, and the vets I encountered were rude and knew nothing more than I did..lol..But hopefully the one you went to has competent vets and staff.

| I think it definately just depends on the city. 2 of my close friends in Montgomery, AL just have the best things to say about the one there, and they are VERY VERY picky! They both tried 2 or 3 vets before they went to Banfield and both of them love it. So, it all depends on which one you go to. |
