| Need some advice please!!! Hi Everyone, We are new here. I am the proud owner of 2 amazing, beautiful, spunky purebred yorkies. Raven & Ryder are both 2 years old. Raven is 5lbs (pre-pregnant) currently at 7.2lbs and Ryder 5.5lbs..... Raven is 54 days pregnant today. We had an X-ray done 2 days ago (Day 52) My Vet only did a side X-ray. He said she looks good and believes as of now all the pups will be able to pass. I posted the pic and someone said that the pups look huge and no way is she going to be able to pass them. I am now a basket case all over again. This is Raven's first litter and my 3rd. Two past litters was a 8lb yorkie-poo...So, I do fairly know what to expect and have all my ducks in a row just in case anything arises. I would just like to know from any reputable breeders out there if in most X-rays the pups do look bigger then what they truly look like after delivery. I am also more concerned then before because she is smaller then my last girl. Does it sound like she should be fine in passing the pups? Should I continue to trust in what my Vet said or possibly get a second opinion? Any advise is deeply appreciated!! Thank You!! I have the X-ray and am trying to post it. I can't seem to figure it out. |
