I can't keep them all.. so BYB , don't have to pay to advertise, don't do any screening on dogs or people and will meet you at the pathmark parking lot to sell their puppies.. I think is a HUGE difference,in WHY we advertise, and is good and bad in advertising and non advertising..LOL

| This is horrifying! One of my dogs is a non-show dog from DebSillers/amazing yorkies. She is from a line of Champions on both sides as are most of Debs dogs- but she just was a little shy of meeting the minimum standard weight and is just under 4 lbs. She is lovely, sweet, smart and a perfect pet. I am grateful that Deb allows her non-conforming dogs to find loving "pet only" homes. A spay neuter contract eliminates perpetuation of non-show genes effectively! There is no need to put a dog down simply because it does not reach "Show" quality. ANd there are tons of people who want the good things a show dog brings like good lines, DNA testing etc..You would have to be a cold heartless *&$! to kill puppies that could be so easily re-homed! Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am in the market for my third love bug and have only been looking at breeders of merit with AKC even though I only want a pet. I will now be on the lookout for those "ONLY" offering show quality pups. Better yet- I think I'll just get another one of Debs! I know she loves her animals and treats them well. I can't believe anyone who professes to love this breed could put down puppies like that. Especially knowing how loving and sweet these babies are. But if ANY of you "show breeders" need help advertising to find homes for non-conforming puppies- EMAIL ME! I am a singer of some note and have a social network that reaches 1000's across many different websites. I am also well known for my adorable fur babies who are taken with me frequently. My original breeder in Atlanta sold almost dozen dogs because people saw me with Chanel( My first yorkie). I know 6 of them personally who bought after they met her. I'd pass out Karen's number and tell them to say they want a "Chanel" when they called her. She used to joke about me being a walking billlboard. SO if you are a breeder who puts down dogs because they don't reach perfect show conformity and you don't know how to advertise- I WILL HELP YOU! I also have a degree in marketing! I can help create brochures, websites, ads, whatever you need to find homes for non conforming puppies. Don't be a puppy murderer!
