Hi, my pup is doing better. Still have to deal with the skin issue. She still has her bald spots. But fur is growing back. She acts like nothing is wrong, behaves well, active, likes to jump, she's an escape artist over playpen and baby gates. Lol sleeps through the night, but loves to eat her poo! Yuck, I've tried the pineapple thing, worked for a short time, then back to eating it again. Have to watch her closely during potty times. She uses pee pads as well. But I don't know what else to do about hat poop eating. Any suggestions?

I'm soo happy she is doing well, hope she continues to improve.
My teapot Orion does the same thing, then wants to kiss my face...EEEWWW!
I haven't tried the pineapple, but I did hear its supposed to work...you have to use the chunk pineapple, but i dont remember the portions.

Also a product called 'bitter apple', its suppossed to make whatever the pup is chewing on/eating taste really nasty.
I havent found it here though it might be available where you are.

Feed pineapple in low fat cottage cheese or get the poop eater pills from your vet.

I hear sugar rub treatments really aid in skin and hair issues for hair loss.

First of all I've checked on this web site to see if I ever had messages -- I never knew all this thread was going on -- I have not quite figured out this website. I am totally so floored (in a good way) the response and attention I have received from this orig post. I posted it because this woman LORETTA PLISE -- she is savvy in her ways around the law. She's always 3 steps ahead of you -- yet she is clearly the worst human being on earth. I paid full cash for my dog-- her contracts are pretty tight and leak proof with the exception of me!! No I did not deal w mites, or fungal inf -- mine is a much bigger prob than that-- I do not post too much info about my situation becuz I do not want her to figure out who I am. She is exhausting to catch -- she knows all the loop holes of her rights and the law. I don't trust that if she ever figured out who this really is -- she wud do something crazy. She is mean and unpredictable in behavior. I posted this information about her to try and stop her. In hopes of educating the world of who she is and what she does. Well I won Loretta !!! I may never get my money back as u know all your tricks through the justice system -- and you will just cost me more money and time -- you are not worth it. I hope u Spent my $2,000 wisely -- and enjoyed it -- because my dear -- you can run from me and the hundreds or thousands of people u have scammed through the years -- but u can never run from karma !!! In the court of law you can win but have to take them BACK to court to "try" to collect wh costs more time and money -- she is impossible to catch or serve --what wud be the next step

I really appreciate people who come here and speak the truth about people who are so called "brokers", puppy mills, and back yard breeders. To tell the nightmare experiences you have been through may help others to understand what horrible suffering is caused by people are who make their living off the pain and suffering of innocent animals. While a majority of YT people realize the heartbreak involved in this type of breeding there are still many who feel a puppy is a puppy and if their puppy turned out OK then it must be OK to buy from these people. They disregard the thousands of dogs that spend their lifetime suffering in tiny filthy cages in order to produce these puppies. For every one puppy that survives without a major illness there are thousands that suffer and die or spend a very short lifetime with incurable health problems. Many of the surviving puppies end up in shelters because they did not turn out to be anything close to what the purchasers thought they were buying. If only one of these people can be shut down it would be worth the fight to do it.

CA law does not require tge return of the dog in most cases.

I ran into this issue having gotten a dog flown from DE a state that does require tge return of the dog.

First of all I am really glad that your pup is doing better. Check out Dr. Foster and Smith for the poop eating. There is a few things for that.
Second....not trying to flame a dying fire....but I have to put my 2 cents in about rep breeders vs rescues...I wanted to rescue.it was the worse experience. One rescue in NJ had In their adoption policies "We adopt to homes in PA, NJ, MD and DE and some areas of VA, NY and CT. "I read the everything before I submitted an app. I received a form letter that we lived too far from them. Now I live in Orange County, NY. It touches NJ. So I wrote a email back. No response. Resent. And a number of calls. Last upset phone call I got this mean email back. That people fill out apps but don't want to come all the way to pick up the dog at foster home. (I saw where I had to go BEFORE I submitted and was willing to drive.) I put a weight that they didn't have for a dog.(I wanted to adopt a certain dog so I put his weight) what if the dog chased my cats. I would return him and someone would have to come and pick him up.(first I would have asked if he was ok with cats and my cats have been around dogs before they are find with them) ...at no time did anyone call me and ask me about their concerns. I wrote them back with those comments and still no reponse (not expecting any) I submitted another rescue app it said that they are busy and ran by volunteers so it may take 2-3 weeks to hear from them. 2 months later NOTHING. Called sent an email just checking about my app and nothing. So I have spoken to some wonderful reputable breeders. I am going to get a wonderful puppy through one of them. And I do agree that both ways are the best way and no one should go to puppy stores, BYB or mills!!!!!! I want to thank you for letting me get that off my chest.

I just came across this website when I googled loretta plise because after buying a yorkie with a "minor" skin problem I haven't heard a word from her since. No papers as promised and the "minor" skin problem is still persisting. We of course have become very attached to our little guy, he was a birthday present for my 7 year old. We first tried to call her when the AKC papers never arrived but guess what, her number was disconnected! I would be very happy to talk to anyone who is pursueing any action against her. Can she not be advertised on website for people looking for yorkies in the areas around advising people to beware.

Can she not be reported to the local authorities. My mom had a similar incident in VA near her and I had a friend come from WVA and bought one only to find out she would need eye surgery. With so many reports, she was finally shut down by the locals, but word is she has moved to WVA and operating again.

These people truly need to be looked at just as as seriously as the dog fighting people. These poor puppies live out painful and short lives costing the buyers money and heartache.

i bought a puppy from my customer recently (she couldnt keep her) had papers from AKC birth was 6/13/10. Anyhow both my parents recently passed and my stepfather, all within 4 months. With all this...I thought the pup would cheer up my aunt. My mother and her were very close. Now it seems we've lost papers. Can anyone help??? My customer never registered her..she was bought in Oakdale, CA 418 Ducentofer ct. Why do you need papers for a pet that you are giving to your aunt?

My aunt has male AKC reg. yorkie. I bought the female from my customer, who had purchased her from Loritta in Oakdale. I own a grooming shop in Hanford, CA. Anyhow for whatever reason my customer had ever sent in AKC papers. My Aunt misplaced the papers and AKC cant help unless we have breeder name that registered the litter, we only got Loritta's business card. Hoping to find someone that bought a litter mate (born 6-13-2010) or a name AKC can check to help us. Any ideals on whatelse I can do are welcomed!!! 559-313-6461

BTW..My Aunt has had her (female yorkie) about 5 months now, she just had puppies and we're wanting to register the litter.

Only the breeder can release the AKC papers to you or request copies of lost papers if you didnt transfer the pup.

Please ensure the pups and your aunts dogs ALL get spayed and neutered.

There are multiple threads here about mixed breed and sick pups from this woman breeding dogs from her is hazardous in the least.

Please read about her more and the genetic issues from pups from her.

Again finding a litternate for AKC registration is not applicable. Also notice she has been notorious with failing to provide AKC transfer papers to pup buyers for many years.

I personally doubt she has registered a litter with AKC since 2006 when formal complaonts against her to the AKC were being made.

I recently purchased a puppy from this lady. She claimed she didn't have the AKC paper work back from AKC and said that she would send me the paper work once she had received it. I still haven't received any paper work. It has been almost 2 months. I believe I will never receive any paper work. In browsing through eBay classifieds I seen another post from her with a different address and phone number. I flagged the ad as "prohibited/fraud". I think if enough of us flag her ads and keep posts updated hopefully other unsuspecting people wanting to buy a yorkie and search the internet, they will be better informed of this person's unethical practices. Her current ad on eBay Classifieds shows her being in Tracy, Ca.

Did she claim the puppy was AKC registered? Contact them and they will tell you what to do, if there is anything you can do....she probably avoids the AKC......

Yes she claimed he was AKC and that the registration hadn't come yet but she expected it soon. After about 3 weeks I called her and she told me that she was told by AKC that it was mailed out and she should be getting it any day and that as soon as she got it she would send it out to me. After about 2 weeks I called back letting her know I hadn't received anything she said that it was taking longer because they DNA test the males and the testing makes it take longer. That was about 2 going on 3 weeks ago.

I got my sick puppy from her a year ago and never got akc papers. Shes a liar! You will never see akc papers and if you do they are fake along with everything about her.

That seriously makes ME sick. She needs to be shut down and those Dogs put in Homes who can actually care for them. If enough people flag Her a fraud it should keep Her from posting
