AND, I don't believe I am in the wrong for posting emails. They were sent to me with nothing said about them being private. If I get my mone back I get it back and if not then at the least someone will learn from my mistake.

I did. I posted the unfit for sale letter. That is the only statement I have, other then the vet bills which Susan and Glenda both have. I was given that number AFTER the fact and I did call and they said she brought them in on 12/20 for a cough and they were given zithromax but were not taken back. I asked if they were suppose to come back and the office said only if there was a problem. That's as honest as I can be. The fact she took them is one thing, but she did not take them back and it was evident on 12/28 that there was still a problem.

"You know that you still owe 300 on Mia 200 to me and 100 to Susan for her delivery and I am willing to let you not pay that, but I am not willing to pay this bill that you continue to accrue"

Original price Glenda said she "THOUGHT" would be $2,000 Thought because the pup was already promised to Susan to sell. This is right in her email. When I went to see the pup I brought $1800 with me and made that offer. Susan accepted. And there certainly was no mention of a transport fee.

It was only AFTER I was ONLY after all this, that I wrote the review because I felt it met it's ending and I neither had any intention on paying the vet bills, so I was very fair with them.

They can say what they want about the pup being bought direct from Glenda, but Susan and Glenda are partners. Glenda has been sending pups to Susan and her daughter Shannon to broker for her for years. And, both even co-own a dog together which is at Susan's being used as a breeder. Susan and Glenda are great BS artists, but the emails speak for themselves.

I didn't mean to go off, but I did nothing wrong, accept use poor judgment on where I got my puppy from. I came on here expecting to take flack for that and I did and I deserved it but enough is enough. I am doing this so someone else learns from my mistake.

I'm shocked that a vet would give ANY vaccination to a sick puppy. The one pup I bought with a respiratory infection was not given any vaccinations until she was well.

I posted earlier about my vet finally prescribing Temaril to clear her up, after antibiotics didn't work. It worked and she was completely well within just a few days. My vet would not give any vacs until she was well.

Your girl is very small and, whenever anything comes up, will need excellent vet care. IMO, your vet has exercised poor judgment. In the same situation, I would be finding another vet.

I think you have been beaten up enough on this thread, I am so sorry this is happening. All you could do is tell the truth and those who don't believe you, well that is their problem. I wish your baby all the best and I for one believe you and I am glad you posted your experience/

I am not blaming just the buyer, but I do not condone putting all the blame on the breeder either, when there is so much more that has not been told.

Assuming what you are saying is true and the entire story hasn't been "told" what exactly can a buyer (who already has another yorkie) do in a matter of ten days to make a healthy puppy so sick? I mean seriously. I do not even understand how this is a discussion, we should be more concerned with the welfare of Mia. And I'm sorry but posting someone's e-mails is not "copyright infringement" if she is posting an e-mail sent to her.

Not quite true. There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in emails, nor is there copyright infringement. There is also no duty to keep emails private on either end between a breeder and purchaser, as no "confidentiality" is implied in their relationship.

Wow is all I can say after reading this for the first time. After watching the video, I hope that little Mia is doing much better; obviously she is getting some good TLC. Poor baby; my main concern is that she gets better.

I don't know what all went on; but those emails sure did seem like they were threatening to put down their dogs because of what Elaine had posted. That was shocking to me; I know little about the breeding world but I cannot imagine my breeder saying such a thing to me.

Elaine chose to ignore the advice of many wise people as did I. As such, I ended up with little Lucy who has mild MVD. I wouldn't trade her for the world; and believe that we have it under control . . . but when you get your heart set on a puppy, have seen pictures, etc., it is easy to go with your heart and not your head AND to ignore the advice you have been given.

I was not looking for a tiny; in fact, was looking for a slightly larger yorkie to be compatable with my Westie. That said, 4 lb Lucy and 15 lb Ringo get along and play just fine and I advised the OP of that as well.

What's done is done; others have been warned; and now I hope the focus can be on getting Mia well and leading a long and happy life.

I've posted with Elaine on subjects before and always found her to be truthful. I've no reason to doubt what she is posting here because of her honesty in the past, and the fact that nothing she has posted sounds unbelievable.
