| Bad Business Breeder! Shometoypuppies.com!! Hello all I wanted to let people who are interested in Yorkies to stay clar of this breeder in Missouri. They breed Yorkies and designer puppies. The advertise on nextdaypets.com and they have a website for their puppies shometoypuppies.com. I bought a puppy from them last month and she came sick. I had her for one day and had to take her to the vet. She had pneumonia and dual ear infections. SHe is very small and this is alot for her to deal with. She had to be hospitolized for one night so far, and be feed through a syringe. She is holding on but I am scared for her. Her breeder, KRISTY and CARL KING refused to take any responsibility for her illness and would not even refund the purchase price since she doubled that in her first two days with me at home. This is a bad business practice as she obviously did not get sick with me at my home in less than 12 hours!!! They have lots of puppies for sale on line and they do notstand behind their work. SHe basically told me that when she gave her to me she was fine!!!! Don't do business with these people as they have bad practices and obviously do not treat the puppies well if they get pneumonia!!!! Here is their contact information 417-234-5025 shometoypuppies@yahoo.com shometoypuppies.com |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Your breeder is a USDA commerical breeder and likely a puppymill. http://www.prisonersofgreed.org/lista.pdf I am sorry your puppy is sick and wish her a speedy recovery.

| puppy mill Hi I was searching the internet today and saw your article about Kristy and Karl King I bought two Cockerpoos from them about a year ago both of the puppies had health issues the first one had paracites and the second one had three types of worms these dogs where never socialized either they are afraid of everything including people. I complained to next day pets to have them removed from their website but they did nothing as long as they get paid they don,t care I would love to shut these two down I know now they are just another puppy mill Ken |

| Agreed Hi Ken, I am sorry to hear about your pups, but I know exactly how you feel. I looked into it because I was tryign to sue them, however there is no "lemon" type law for breeders in the state of Misourri! Most states have a 7 day grace period law for health issues, but not where they are. I have contacted nextdaypets as well as that is where I found my Madison and they did little or nothing. It is frustrating because I didn't know that they were running a puppy mill until this happened to me either. I am just grateful that I got Madison and I nursed her to health. If it were not for me I am sure that her fate would have been certain in the conditions she was living and with her ilness. I wish that there were more we could do. Thanks for your post. Best of luck to you and your pups. Jessie |

In many ways I agree with you because there are alot of uncaring people out there. But, on the same hand I would like to say that not everyone who has their puppies on the internet are bad breeders or out to just take someones money. This isn't the first time I've heard bad things about the Kings and the condition of their puppies and I dread to think of what kind of enviroment the poor adults live in. I have even writen then before and ask'd them how the can peacefully sleep at night knowing that they purposely rip people off and knowing that their poor dogs suffer while they live in comfort. That being said I have sold several of my puppies via the internet and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad word said about me or my Yorkies. As well I can also say that I am one of the first people to get in a millers face and make sure they know what I think of them. All of this being said I just wanted to clarify that not all internet people who deal in Yorkies or any other type of sales are bad. Just like everything else we have to do our home work before we buy. I am very sorry for what your little pup is going thru and I pray that she makes a full and speedy recovery.
