hi there i have just read all this, WHAT A SCAMMER, she wants locking up and banned from having pets, i would go to the police and have her ip address traced, and put a stop to it. how can people be so horrible and greedy over money. |

im in ny and gave nita spears 2000.00 and she told me that the all gold yorkie was to sick to come and the parti biewer died i have been trying to get my money back since oct 2008 she hasnt wrote to me since nov. 09 and i heard today 5/2010 i recieved in july 2009 1000 back and excuses after excuse sghe even sent me pics of her sisters hand in nursing home all burnt up from abuse from nursing home mean while is there a sister? im working with attorney gennerals office please contact mississippi attorney general if this women diamonds in the ruff , irresistable tiny, tiny brusels, and many others nita juanita spears reinhart give back money you scammed as of today 5/2010 she still says yes i owe you ill pay you soon. she needs to be stopped |
I am so sorry that she treats people so bad, her name is all over on ripoff report and i never even looked there until she already had my dog but i was raised to trust until given reason not to LOL i have changed my way of thinking |

DISCLAMER: There is a person going by the Screen name Smoochie Poosh or Smoochie Pooch that is posting false information about myself and my breeding practices, this is her username on Yorkie Talk, and she uses the same two names for her postings. She also uses the same Avatar on Yorkie Talk as she does on her website http://www.pricelessyorkiepuppies.com and animation of a gold yorkie caricature with a pink bow. This is how I found out who she was which led me to remember her from facebook. She wanted to purchase a puppy from me but I refused after receiving a few calls from other concerned breeders asking if I had been contacted by her, they were all concernes and as we all know the breeding world is small. We all talk to each other and warn one another. Her Actual Name on facebook is Tanisha Breton, She also goes by Tanisha Trine (this account she looks as if she has deleted it) , she is writing on consumer reporting websites about an issue she had with a person name waunita spears or others, she has not done proper research and has posted my website and facebook page on a website (I will include the links) and has me confused with someone else, or is trying to ruin my great reputation because I refused to sell her a puppy. If anyone has any questions regarding these postings please feel free to give me a call. 917-442-3335 My name is Tabatha Patino and I have nothing to hide and will post all links to the ads she placed against me using MY website and name. Yes this is my website. I have had it for many years. Because I did not want to sell her one of my pups, she does this to tarnish my good name. I am in shock that she would do such a thing and stoop so low. I dont even breed partis or Biewers. The other person I have heard about, she is out there somewhere and im sorry that she did that to so many people. It is not me. That is why I welcome phone calls and questions. I will NOT let this ruin my reputation. I have nothing to hide and have posted a disclamer on my website as well as links to her ads. She even posted my facebook page. What a horrible person. Mad because I did not want to sell her a puppy after a couple of my facebook breeder friends called me to warn me about her. She even tried contacting me under two different names. Just shady! |

It's a PIA, but if you are having problems with your kennel name, you might want to add something to it like "Tabby's Tiny Treasures" . You can buy an additional domain name for around 10 bucks and then park the original site so that it redirects towards your new one (to help your past customers find you). It will help avoid confusion. |

apparently she targets everyone who won't sell her a puppy. she contaced me a few weeks ago about a girl i had for sale but she is too small to breed so i refused the sale but did offer to keep in touch with her about litters i have on the way. obviously this wasn't good enough for her because i am now her victim too ... this person is now impersonating me on facebook and who knows where else - first she posted ads for her kennel on my pages and now that i deleted and blocked her she is using my ads and other info word for word on her pages. she also uses SAHM as if it is some special designation but it really stands for Stay At Home Mom. i know she is blocked on yorkie talk but if anyone has suggestions about how to stop her PLEASE let me know. |
The best thing you can do is contact the CKC and file complaints with them for unethical practices. The next thing is to watermark your ads and pictures so she can't use them in any of her ads. You might also consider legal action against her. If she has a website that she is using to plagerize your ads, you can go to whois.com and find out who her site is registered through and contact them. Most hosting sites have very strict policies about copyright infringement. Then keep posting in forums like this and else where. The more her name is used (truthfully) the more it will show up when someone tries to google her to find out about her kennel and practices. |
Priceless Yorkie Puppy Looking at the her website...this is what makes it so difficult for us yorkie pup buyers. She seems to offer everything we are told to look for...a one year health guarantee, dam & sire on-site, seemingly experienced & knowledgable of the breed, lets you into her home to see the dogs...even tells you what to look for in a good breeder & what to watch out in a "bad" one. My college-aged kids (who were raised with a yorkie who had since passed away) looked at her pups prior to purchasing one from another Michigan home breeder as a Christmas gift for me. Knowing how picky I am, they just didn't think I'd be happy with the "look" of them. I ended up getting ZoE the 3rd week in January, a belated Christmas gift, but one well worth waiting for. My kids, at that time, related their many horror stories about their visits to look at so-called "quality yorkie pups" they saw advertised. |

Well, let's start with the home page. She's advertising that she has a 1.5 lb stud that she's going to try to breed for tinies. Huge red flag, as no reputable breeder purposely tries to get tinies. Then, she says she sells on limited registration, but you can inquire about full registration (that reads: for a price, you too can breed these dogs). Reputable breeders do not sell on open registrations. The site states:"I guarantee your new yorkie is standard in size or smaller in writing."- A reputable breeder can not guarantee that. They can only give you an estimate of what their adult size will be based upon the sizes of other litters from the same pair. Yet, further down on the page she says:"We do not guarantee adult size or color. Size estimates are carefully based on our experience." That part's right, but why does she say she guarantees it just a few paragraphs up? Her health guarantee only covers life threatening illnesses. A good breeder will also cover things like LP. When you click on her pictures of her dams, you see a small girl tied up on a lead attached to her collar. A good breeder wouldn't do that because of the risk of CT. There are quite a few red flags. But it's easy to see how someone could be lulled in to a false sense of security. |
