Does she still have a website? The link provided earlier in this thread is not opening a site for me now.

Luv my 7 Furkids Donating Member | its too bad you feel that way. I think you should talk to Stephanie and try to work things out. My little Gidget is perfect, and Stephanie was as nice as could be. Give her another shot. |

| I have found Stephanie to be very honest and upfront. I love the boy I got from her. I guess what one person perceives to be a nice yorkie, someone else might not. I see many fine champion yorkies with longer muzzles and larger ears. It is hard to find a perfect dog. How old was the male when you got him and how old is he now? I do hope you try to talk to Stephanie about this and try get it resolved. |

| This is Stephanie This is not true. Donna, I do not know how you could say this and I do not understand why you make a post about this on a message board without emailing me personally or even calling me to let me know that you are not happy with your dog. The one email I have received from you since you received your puppy, you told me how he was already taken to you and how nicely he was fitting in with the rest of your dogs... When you asked me about his pedigree, I AGAIN sent you copies of his parents pedigree's and explained to you how the foreign Champions do not show up as "champions" on an AKC (AMERICAN) pedigree.... After this, I never heard from you again.......I sent you the puppy's pedigree and many pictures of him before you ever sent a deposit on him. I never had him advertised as Champion Sired, I had him listed as "Champion GRANDSIRED" on both sides... and if you remember correctly, at one time while talking on the phone, you asked me if i had any other males available and when i told you about the "Champion SIRED" boys I had, you were not interested in them because their price was much higher than what you paid for your boy. You never once asked me about his nose or his ears... The pedigree's that I sent you are actually TRUE and this puppy IS Champion Grandsired on both sides and has many champions behind that. I have been breeding Yorkies for 15 years and I have never switched a dog on anyone and I would never do such a thing. I am sorry if you are upset with me, but I have never been dishonest to YOU or to anyone else who inquires with me about a dog. If I do anything, I have talked people out of buying certain dogs from me because of what I DO tell them about a particular puppy if I know they are wanting something in particular and I think I have many people who can back this up for me. Stephanie

| thank you steph for telling your side of the story and i am sorry the lady was disappointed in the male she got from you and i am also very sorry she did not talk to you first about it . IMO, the story did not match at all to what i know about you i have nothing but GREAT things to say about stephanie and i would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a beautiful yorkie . she is nothing but honest and will tell you if she thinks a dog she has available will fit what you are looking for. i do not believe for one moment that stephanie breeds to sell "pets" - she breeds for show dogs she can keep for herself or her trusted breeder friends. if i had the time and money, i would have a houseful of steph's dogs

| my baby Emma was bred by Stephanie and she is gorgeous. Not to mention smart, sweet, calm, and basically amazing. I did not get her directly from Stephanie but I spoke to her before I got Emma and would absolutely buy a dog from Steph in a heartbeat! |

| This is what a reputable breeder does. She came on the thread, posted her side of the transaction in detail. Looking through her site at all of the beautiful Yorkies, is a nice tribute to her breeding practice. But the numerous owners of her dogs, with the exception of this one person, singing her praises, is an even better tribute. I think with something as personal as a Yorkie, there is bound to be someone at some time that thinks they did not get what they envisioned from every breeder with numerous sales. But making statements like a breeder is dishonest or that the pedigree does not match what was told, is very serious. I hope the two work out this difference.
