| Well in Lubbock things are cheaper than here in the DFW metroplex but our local vet where I live is cheaper but I prefer the vet I changed too. The vet I switched to is great with toy dogs. I will pay the extra cost just because I LOVE my new vet! He's awesome and the vets here won't come in on the weekends so I had to find a new vet. Glad I did! Donna P.S. Sonja can you pm me I have a question....thanks |

As far as vets, I know that it's a 45 minute drive for you but if you ever cannot get with your vet, my vet is AWESOME and reasonably priced. His c-sections during office hours are around $175 (I believe x-ray included). My other friend, Charlotte, had a section on her girl last Friday (around midnight) and the c-section, claws/tails, antibiotics cost her around $385.

| those are good prices for sections.... We had an emergency c section for $900 (and spay) We waited as long as we could and made the right decision as for the spay also. She was slow to deliver her previous litter. I've had 2 c-sections and they're so not pleasant. I'd rather my girls only go through one, if they have to. |
