After you won, what happened. Why you can't get money if you have judgment? All the best Sergey | |

| Winning a judgement is the first part..getting the actual money can be impossible. The police do not shake it out of the persons pockets..I know people who have to go back to court and sue again for non-payment... |

| I am sorry you lost your Yorkie. I don't believe you will get your money and I would not recommend you getting another puppy from this business. The puppies in the pictures may be cute but they all look like typical puppymill or BYB Yorkies to me. Sadly but uninformed buyers do not know what pictures of healthy well bred Yorkie puppies look like. The internet is so deceptive and so is this breeder claiming the Maltese's are his daughters. Their game is all in the family. If you want a Yorkie I'd suggest that you please do research and find a reputable breeder and start over with a healthy Yorkie baby and put this tragedy behind you. After you contact your Attorney General in Florida of course

| You can file the unpaid judgment in the property records, and a lien is created against the debtor's property. Then you will sell his property on the auction. |

| Yes, but the issue is still unresolved. And Seaside Yorkies continies to sell puppies with birth defect. Three month ago I bot a puppy from him. After I show it my veterinarian, he made a diagnosis: shoulder displacement. I'm going to sue him. |

You should start a new thread in the Breeder review section and tell about it to warn others about them.

| Actually, you can create a lien on the property but can't sell his property. You'd have to wait to be paid until he puts his property up for sale in which case your lien would have to be satisfied before the sale could complete. Yes, though this is a good idea to do it would then ensure that at some point you'd get the money. God knows how long though. It's unfortunate but people think just because you win a judgement you win. That's not the case. Elaine |
