| a different heat cycle question i have read here that if you have two females, they can go into heat at the same time (just like us women with our girl friends or sisters). my question is, if you have one female who goes into heat every 6 months, will this cause a female who goes into heat every 9 months to go into heat every 6 months? i know it is an odd question and with humans, there is nothing to back up why we tend to have cycles the same as our sisters or close friends. here is my reason for asking.... coco had her first heat at 9 months then... muffie had her heat (she goes into heat every 6 months) now... pebbles who is 5 months is starting to show signs of heat. she is swelling. will muffie change the heat cycles of my other girls?

| In my experience yes. But my, 5 months is early to start. I've got a girl that brings the other in every 6 months. |

| cycles It is somewhat true..many will cycle together..but I have "kenneled" many bitches together in groups..and the cycles ranged from 6 to 9 months..some girls came in together every 6 months, others at 8 or 9..even a few 10 month girls (two sisters)..not all changed to cycle with the 6 month bitches. |
