| PLEASE DO NOT BUY from DevineCaninesNC.com !!! In my search for another yorkie, I came across this breeder in Winston Salem, NC. DO NOT BUY from her! She has all of her yorkies OUTSIDE in 2 chain link medium sized pens (except for the mom and newborns). It smelled of feces, the poor little ones need love and to be inside!! They had food and water, but were still neglected. There were about 14 or so of them outside in the summer heat!!! I asked her if they stay out there and she said yes. I flat out told her that I was very weary and concerned because they should not be pinned up like that and need loving in home care. She also has 5 boys. What is even more sad, is that her website makes her look so concerned for yorkie health and wellbeing, but when you go to her house, it's a different story!! If you want more information, PM me, but PLEASE do not buy from her!!! THIS SHOULD BE A LESSON TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS... DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ OR SEE ON THE WEB... IN PERSON IS THE BEST WAY!!! On another note, what can I do about this? I want to report her, but don't know if it will help. Like I said, they have food and water, but yorkies are so tender and delicate and should be in the house! What do you all think? |

| most states have laws regarding pets and leaving them outdoors during certain weather. ck into the states laws or contact the local animal control office to see what can be done. sometimes (sad) there is no law about them being chained outdoors
