How exciting, there might be new puppies in the YT delivery room today. Keep us posted.

We are back from the vets and boy are we going to have alot of puppy luvin goin on here.

Sophie is having 5 for sure but the vet said he is sure there is a 6th puppy up under her ribcage.

Savannah is having at least 4 looks like 5 but again sometimes they can get a shadow or miss one.

So we are just excited and expecting alot of puppy breath and puppy kisses.

Wow, you are going to be one busy lady real soon. Bailey got her xray today and the vet said she has 4 and possibly 5. She had 5 last time and we ended up losing the tiny one after 3 weeks so I am hoping things will work out better this time.

Well it looks like only two this time. Vet said there could be a hider due to some shadowing but he thinkgs only two.

Counting 63 days from the first tie. It's an estimate. It can be anywhere from day 58 to day 65(sometimes 66) from the first tie.

Congratulations!! How much weight has each of your girls gained? I was just wondering because my girl(Stormy) has gained 2 lbs. and she is due Aug. 9.

Hi, my name is Lynn and I am the Grammy to Yorkies' Twinkles (almost 2) and Mommy to Oliver (11 months). I am new to the group and desperate for information, as we just found out today that Twinkles is pregnant and due 8/25. She will have an x-ray around 8/14 to see if their is more than one.

Twinkles was my daughter's dog and I was her nanny. She was supposed to be a 'teacup,' but is about 5 lbs (pre-pregnancy). Because I missed her so much when Twinkles went home, I got Oliver (a toy Yorkie) in November. Ollie weighs about 4 pounds now. When my daughter had a baby in December, Twinks became mine.

This pregnancy wasn't planned. I was so careful,; however, not careful enough, evidently.

I have no clue what to do to get ready for the pregnancy. I am looking for resources and information.

Hey Lynn, This is a great place to start your education. You only have 4 weeks so it's time to learn fast. It might be best if you start your own thread than the breeders will have a better chance of noticing it. Just go back to the start of the breeders forum and hit new thread. Good luck

Sophie has gained alittle over 2# and Savannah has gained about 2#. So right around the same. They both are in very good shape and healthy. Sophie carrying so many puppies is doing real well and actually holding them extremely well. Getting nervous these last few days as she is crammed full of puppies and hoping she will wait until at least 59 days or after. We are on day 57 and keeping her quiet. The babies are moving like mad. Getting everything ready as we are going to have a house full!!!!
