| is it ok I this is our first litter our Annie is due July 26 or maybe a few days later. We have a 5 hour trip that we have to take July 14th to a family reunion and are staying in a nice motel. Vet says it is fine for her to travel still that he would rather she go then be with out us since she is so attached. Have a friend who is totally freaking out over me taking her and is scaring me to death. Says she will loose her puppie if I do. I even called a second vet for their opionion she said same. |

| Keep her comfortable and calm. At this point she's better off with you than without. When you arrive you might want to make sure that you contact the local vet and find out where the nearest emergency vet is just to be on the safe side. I hope she's a good traveler and this won't cause her alot of stress.

| Just keep her close, away from strange dogs and off of the grass as much as possible. You don't know if any other dogs that are around are properly immunized or what they may be carrying.
