| Yorkkes Ohio Breeder Has anyone had dealings with Yorkkes in Ohio? I am searching for purchasers that have purchased from this breeder and have had health issues with their dogs. Please pm me to discuss this. Mini_paw |

| Yep I do have the web link. http://www.nvo.com/kesling/home/ Yes I have had a bad experience with this breeder who refuses to accept a vet report and x-ray diagnosis of Legg calves Perthes on a 3.8lb, 10 month old pup,( I purchased this pup at age 6 months as a brood bitch). The breeder refuses to refund my money upon the return of the pup and wants proof via a bone biopsy with me paying for the biopsy. I will not put a pup this small through 3 surgeries NO WAY, NO HOW. I drove 8 hours with a friend of mine to get this pup. |

| Hi Guys, Sorry I have not been on lately, computer troubles.....Ah technology...its great when it works!! Yes, this breeder has added this "buy one get one free" (very sad in my eyes) just very recently as she "has" to move to a smaller place and needs to place her older dogs. At any rate, I feel dooped and taken advantage of. I have X-rays that show my Yorkie has Legg Perthes and the Ortho. specialist (2 thus far) feeling to do a biopsy is cruel and inhumane and refuse to do one. One the other hand I have the emails and a breeder that refuse to help or refund (with the return of the dog) without conformation of LCP with a biopsy. Does Ohio have a consumer protection Acts? I have been trying to find something that is dog related in the laws of OHio and so far have been unsuccessful, I also researched and found no "Puppy Lemon Laws" in that States. Mini_paw |

| I don't see a contract or a guarantee listed anywhere on the web site, do you have one. If not there is not much you can do without one. It is as much the buyers responsibility as the sellers to make sure that there is a contract that lays out everything in black and white as to what is covered and what is not. Baron Quote:

| Sorry you have to be put through this w/ your pup...I tried to find anything for you & this link is about all I could find...it appears it boils down to your contract & the wording in it & locating an animal law attorney...sometimes just the letter an attorney sends off to the breeder gets some action from them...Good luck.. http://www.animallaw.info/articles/ovuspetsales.htm

| At 6 months old she was 3lbs. I was told and believed she would or should grow to a 5-51/2lb Yorkie. Now at 10 months she has only 3.8lbs, so not what I wanted for breeding. Because of this lack in size, arrangements were being made to return her for a refund. Before this could be accomplished is when I noticed her starting to limp. Mini_paw |
