Anyway, we weighed them just now and this is what we got:

2 boys = 4 oz.

1 boy = 5 oz.

1 big boy = 6 oz.

1 girl = 5 oz.

Now, they all look so much alike I have no idea how we are to tell them apart when we weigh them tomorrow so.........anyone have some ideas to help us tell them apart???

here's a few pics for now.... will try to get better ones later when things die down some.

I color coded mine with these great elastic hair bands. I made sure they were loose enough not to cause a problem and I check them every day. When they out grow them I hope I know who they are but if not I will put nail polish on their toes... Congratulations on the new babies.

OMG! those look like regular hair bands,I never saw a newborn yorkie, I guess I didnt realize their necks are really that tiny.They are beautiful!

i see some people who put nail polish on them to tell them apart or they use string or paper collars of different colors.

A big CONGRATULATIONS...

.........That was a big litter, how much does Mom weigh?? We had 4 and lost one 3 weeks ago and our Vet said we had a big litter for her size, so that was why I was wondering how much your mom weighs...

Thanks to all of you for making me feel so proud!!

Mommy is doing very, very well. She is loving her goats milk recipe and staying with her pups the whole time except to pee of course.

She has turned out to be a WONDERFUL, natural mother. I'm so glad!

As for the weight question earlier:

The vet told us that in the middle of the year last year, she was 7 pounds. In the beginning of her pregnancy, she weighed around 10 lbs. So, she is on the heavier side, but she is petite in the fact that she has very short legs. Dexter on the other hand is only 3.7 lbs.
