| I have never gotten a dog from the breeder in question though....a quick glance at the website though and there are lots of red flags... --places pups early--"anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks" --breeding 'Yorkie-Poos' --advertises the pups as 'teacups' --in regards to the 'limited warranty' for the dogs, if the purchased dog is deemed to have a life threatening illness, the only option is a 'replacement puppy' --I personally am always wary of a breeder who has multiple litters within a short amount of time--per the website, she has has 8 litters this year--1/1, 3/20, 3/21, 4/20, 5/6, 5/19, 5/26, 6/2 (These are just my opinions based solely on the info on the website.) I would have to pass on this breeder. |

| Hi everyone Hi Everyone, My name is Elainea Allen. I would like to invite everyone that has questions about me to please give me a call at 479-577-2650 or e-mail some of my happy guest that have signed my guest book. Or Get in contact with my AKC inspector John Thomas to get a hands on opinion about me and who I am. I have Lots of references to go to that has done business with me and has been in my home. So please feel free to ask questions to people that know me. You know, finding a good breeder is like finding a good Doctor, Child Care, or a church . Three very important things in our lives. There are lots to pick from, some good and some bad. You have to look at references, talk with people. And sometimes go there to get a really good or bad feeling about that place. But finding that one place that you feel comfortable with is up to you and how you feel after you have done your homework and research, good or bad. So when it comes to finding that right breeder for you, weather me or someone else please be patient and take your time, visit with them, call references or e-mail with questions, and study all their information that is listed on their website, and make a wise decision that you can feel comfortable with. And confident that that person is the right person for you. Please visit my website at yorkiesbyelainea.com or e-mail yorkiesbyelainea@yahoo.com with any of your questions or comments. Thank you for taking time to learn about me and my yorkie babies. Elainea Allen |

| Hello, I am from Calif/Arizona now. I got a little yorkie from Elainea a yr ago. my mom and i were just looking at different places on the comp. We fell in love with Elainea's site and found the most perfect lil girl. Elainea was and to this day still very willing to answer all questions. She has kept in touch. Sara is reg with AKC . She came to us healthy ,happy and still is. I cant say the amount of help and care Elainea has given us as it is bottomless. I think someone needs to stand up here and give credit where credit is due. Elainea deserves that credit as a good and reputable "breeder". and NO i never met her b4 we bought Sara.my sweet Sara. By the way..There are pics of my Sara on Elainea's web site and she wants more for recent gotta go get Sara a new dress for the pic,bye now |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | usda is a red flag.. cuz they might sell extra stock to pet stores.. but visiting the kennel is the only way to know for sure

| It goes beyond the chance that they might sell to pet stores. In order to keep your status as a USDA breeder, you have to follow the guidelines that they have put into place--which are designed more for livestock, not dogs. If you are meeting their requirements regarding your dogs, that is not something to brag about. Last edited by BamaFan121s; 09-24-2008 at 05:48 AM. |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | the op was feb 2007... the breeder is defending her kennel and inviting visitors one year later.. why does someone need a usda license? because of many litters.? too many dogs being bred? only a visit to the kennel if i ever get a puppy this is an old thread with recent comments by new posters with low feedback numbers.. selling puppies to petstores ????????????? maybe??
