Have you met the parents of ALL your 5 puppies? Do you have the DNA and pedigree of all the puppies? Did you have them all tested for LPs and Liver Shunts, 2 very common genetic problems in yorkies? It is not a good idea to start a breeding program without all this information.

I have also personally met people who have asked to see the parents on their puppy and he refuses to show them. How do you explain that??

Can't imagine I would be the only one to ever buy one yorkie from him, ehunney you said most people you talked to had a bad expierence, what about the rest? When I first took my pups to the vet I had them do every possible test because I can't breed if they aren't perfect and yes I did do the DNA tests on all 5 and saw all the parents. Maybe yall just caught him on bad days. I have lab puppies that die too unexplained, it's a part of nature, It happens!

Maybe you can enlighten us by answering some questions...how does he know who the dad is when it shows on his website all his yorkies running around virtually unsupervised and obviously not fixed? What happens when they go off in the woods and conceive a litter? How could he possibly know who the dad is off all these puppies?

And are you telling us straight up that Jeff Dane PERSONALLY breeds ALL these puppies? He is not a broker? Is that what you are telling us?

Seriously, how difficult is it to type up a few references of "happy customers." Really, it's not difficult to toot your own horn if you want to. I don't care if there is ONE happy customer, all the unhappy customers and SICK/dead puppies FAR OUTWEIGH the one or two happy customers that there may be.

Are you aware of the rule in marketing that says if a customer has a BAD experience they tell 11 people and if a customer has a GOOD experience they tell 1 person? Jeff Dane made his own bed and now he is going to have to lie in it. If he didn't have such unethical breeding practices and sooooooo many unhappy customers, then all of us wouldn't be talking about what a bad breeder he is.

Good thing your Vet thinks they are healthy. Since you bought them for breeding you've lost all your rights...... This kind of breeder/broker/jerk is a disgrace to the human race IF all these opinions are true. What kind of breeder does not stand behind their dogs?

We never knowingly sell a pup to be resold. 99% of the people who re-sell our pups do this on the pretence of wanting a new family pet when they call. We NEVER sell pup(s) to resellers if they are truthful about their intentions at the time of inquiring about a pup. People who buy pup(s) from yorkiepup.com with the intention to list, advertise, or place that pup for re-sale have no warranty or guarantee what so ever once they touch that pup.

We have found that many pups will get sick at homes of people who buy & sell dogs because of the inadequate boarding facilities & because of the many diseases brought into the place that pups are sold out of by the turn over of animals. One way to cover their butts.

We DO NOT and will not help with advise on litters or new pups, paperwork or lost paperwork if a pup bought from us is used to breed. It took many, many years for us to get and use great breeding stock. When we first started breeding Yorkies, we found the above statements to be painfully correct and true when it comes to raising pups.

Not if I hear it from 1 or 10 people. But when I hear from over 20 or 30 people 90% of whom have had bad experiences, yes I will believe them over you Dane. Disgusting excuse for a human being.

That is a standard notice when you knowingly by a dog that will be used in breeding, at least in my area it is. You can't always guarantee that dogs will be able to reproduce, and never get sick, it just doesn't happen that way.

Dogs are going to get sick. But if your breeding properly you should be able to gaurantee no genetic defects and/or diseases. If you can't gaurantee that, then you need to step back and take a look at your program. Please learn more before you start doing the same thing as this schmuck.
