Donating YT 14K Club Member | Congratulations on the new litter. You may want to get mom to a vet tomorrow and have a Oxytocin shot to make sure her uterus is cleaned out and their aren't any pieces of placenta left. Any placenta pieces can mean big trouble for moms.

| Congratulations!!! Awwww, they are so precious!! Mom looks happy and proud in the second picture!! Out of curiosity, what are you using for the whelping box and where did you get it?? I saw the picture of it and it looks perfect for a whelping box.

| It is a plastic storage tub, that you can get for about $6. We weren't using it, and it looked like it might be good. She actually give birth in a cardboard box, that we threw away since it was so nasty. But this was a good one to move the pups to during the other births. I had a heating pad under neath on low as well. |

| Bella started showing signs off 7 on from day 57, but delivered on day 62. It was confusing as she would show some signs, but not others. Shortly before delivery, she urinated several times & had loose bowles. When she started the first one, she acted like she just needed to poo, but it wasn't poo that started to come out. It was the first pup. The first pup took about 30 minutes to deliver. The first 2 were feet first and the largest. But judging from her actions with Bella's, I would say your close. |

| This is so exciting. My Chloe is due Aug. 26th and I'm also in the Houston area. I felt the baby(s) kicking today for the first time. It reminded me of when I was pregnant with my son. It sure is great to have this forum to turn to and you will all be hearing from me in a few days. Glad your delivery went well and pray that mine does too. |
