| Good for you reporting the owners. To many animals are not considered when they are left in the cars. I think those kind of owners don't look at them in the way we look at ours, My animals are all little people. I wouldn't do anything to them that I wouldn't do to my children. | RUN!!! DON'T WALK! If someone is willing to do that to a puppy, can you imagine the level of neglect that is possible with the mother and the rest of the puppies? |
