I'm glad you asked the question and I'm glad it all worked for you. I am just getting into breeding and it's nice to find out some of the problems and the solutions and just to know there is a place to talk where people won't think you're weird.

At least any breeders I know of would not be. I know dog breeders, horse breeders and if you get them in a room discussing things, this would just be normal conversation. Thanks for your support. I totally agree with you and say "thank you" to the others also that have supported and helped. I felt that being in the "Breeders" place is where this belonged. I also feel that if you read the first thread(which was graphic) and don't like it, then don't read the rest. I'm glad that this has helped others besides me. I thought that's what we're here for....

We also raise and breed cattle and have alot of conversations with other ranchers about problems and solutions as far as breeding goes.

I guess sometimes they need some help... My breeder told me that the first time she bred her first dog.. She said the other breeder cracked open a bottle of wine, put on Marvin Gaye, and even lowered the lights. HOW FUNNY...and ended up paying $75 for insemination as her little boy dog was not "getting in the mood" with Marvin... cause dogs just dont work like people.... : )
