This is an example of a 'False' Biewer....lolol.

The give away is that the Mom is an AKC registered Yorkie.. That is not acceptable.

True, Pure, whatever you wanna call'em Biewers are only bred to Biewers. Some Biewers may appear like Yorkies in color but they all link in someway to the Friedheck line. There is a specific receipe when incorporating the Biewer that has little white or has Yorkie markings.

Again, this is the rule of the IBC. I wanted to make sure to put this example for those looking for the real thing.

I could even tell that this is not a biewer.. Then these people in public posting the pics saying biewer! People can really say anything on Internet, eh! So many false information!

Let me also add there are some clubs in the US and Germany that may accept this as a 'Biewer'which makes things all the more confusing, those clubs do not hold the studbook that has the original Friedheck lines.

That is so true. It sometimes feels like it'a a losing battle. I dont' know if they are doing it intentionally because they didn't do enough research or if they just don't care. Regardless, I am just sharing what's I feel is the most reputable Biewer organization is in Germany.

I'm gonna be in hiding for a while I know some members here are not fond of me posting about Biewers...Yikes!

I think it is a fair assumption to say that since the breed is "newer," you are going to have alot of misinterpretation of the breed in the sense of it's "trueness." It all depends on what/where/who you are studying and such. IMO, at this point in time, everyone is trying to learn about the breed in general. The breeders, including the ones in Germany that mentor those here, all seem to be struggling to define the breed. Until this happens, be it here or there, this confusion surely will not clear up and become "concrete." Until then, those interested in the breed will continue to research and learn "how to do things." It is obvious that not everyone will agree or go about this in the same manner. What one organization/person/breeder sees as "the set rules" may not be viewed as such by someone else. Likewise, what organization/club/breeder one person views as having "the official say" on things, may not be such to the next person.
Irene, I respect your outlook on things as I do the other members here who may not agree with you. I am glad I have been able to get information from EVERYONE here who has had experience with this breed for sharing what knowledge they have.

You make good points. I am realizing there are many interpretations of what a Biewer is even in Germany. I mean no disrepect for anyone that may not draw the same conclusion as I do. I think we all should put our beliefs out there and let the world decided from themselves.

I still think the IBC is the best source we have but I'm definitely not opposed to hearing others views.

The ad clearly says F-1 which means they are hybrids. Another example of a F1 hybrid is when a GSD is bred to a wolf..They are referred to as F1 hybrids...
