That just doesnt' look right. Let me say it this way...Your little Cruiser may be a BIEWER. Is he crossed with a Yorkie? If he is, the he is NOT a Biewer.

Pat, as an owner and a future possible breeder, of Biewers, I would love to see them classified as a totally different breed, not just a color varation, but I'm sure that it's going to be a long haul. I think along with the white coloring there come other traits, such as tails, that aren't exactly the same as a regular colored Yorkshire Terrier so it would be hard to judge them by the same specs (besides color)...

Irene, is your "True Biewer" on your website? Do their papers say they are such? I am so confused, can you help me out, please??? :confused:

Are you kidding me? I've been confused since about page 2 or 3 or this thread...the other, almost identical one too! I don't have anything helpful to add to this argument cause I don't breed them, don't have them, heck, I've never even SEEN one. I thought that this would be an interesting thread to read because I am so uninformed on them and I think they are beautiful and they originated from Yorkies...or at least that's what I thought. :confused: All I see is a bunch of people insulting others because each one thinks they know more than the other and alot of 'they are this' and 'they are that.' By now I couldn't tell you if they are like Yorkies, unlike Yorkies, heck...I don't even know if they have 4 legs at this point! :rolleyes:

Let me start all over. I wish we had a huge conference call going right now. I am yelling at my PC and you guys can't hear me..lolol.

Let me say this..I have nothing negative to say about RINI. I never even met her in person. I talked to her on the phone a long time ago.

I meant nothing more than to separate my name and what I say from her name and what she says..she's done that in the past. I never took offense to it..I wish I could just give Rini her name back..lol. Mine is just a nick name.

As for the Biewer. I only speak to what I have..that's it period end of story. In my house I have BIEWERS they are NOT mixed with YORKIES. I added True because I wanted to make it CRYSTAL CLEAR, that BIewers bred to YORKIES are a MIX of 2 breeds.

All I'm gonna say this again to answer Rini's question about 'TRUE' that is to differentiate Biewers from BIewer Yorkie MIxes.

Monet', My website is for my AKC Registered Yorkies. I will NOT put my BIEWERS up there. I want to make it clear that BIEWERS are NOT Yorkies. I am NOT Trying to upset anyone..nobody agree with me..that's OK..I only speak of what I have. Make sense now???

Off the subject, I actually thought about you earlier--I went to Dairy Queen and got a chocolate blizzard...I can't even go there anymore without you popping in my head....don't know if that's good or bad... :p

I was tempted to stop posting on this thread but I do want o say tht my Biewers are not MIXED with other breeds or standard color Yorkies.. But, the boy in particular that has been mentioned has both parents that are Biewer and theier colors are-sire-schwarz-weib-gold; dam-blau-weib-gold. Unless my very poor understanding of German is incorrest, they are 3 colors which would make them TRUE BIEWERS.
I am not sure where the question about his parentage entered into this thread but I do hope this straightens out any confusion....Whispersmom..My real name is Rini but Whisper is one of my wonderful retired Yorkies.

:thumbup: :thumbup: I've always thought they have the exact same faces as a yorkie too...just different hair...I also have never seen one in person...but I do think Cruiser is a beautiful Biewer boy ....the puppy pictures I have in my computer of him would put a smile on anyones face ...they sure do mine.
