| The not knowing... I don't do well with being patient. I know most of you get anxious too with wondering if she is or isn't??? At what week did you notice signs? What signs were they? Did you use sonogram or X-ray to confirm or just waited it out? I can get her an X-ray but vet told me to wait until after 50 days to confirm. That's another 8 days and I have read. Out say to wait until 58 days to determine how many and the sizes. If determined right Penny is about 38 days days if she is pregnant. |

| By week 5 signs are pretty clear she should be showing signs are her not being able to eat big meals meaning you'll have to serve smaller portions more often through the day I like to free feed so expecting moms can decide when they want to eat and how much. By 6 weeks I pretty much know for sure she should really be showing and you can possibly feel puppies moving depending on how she's carrying them and how many there are signs are morning sickness, increase in mood swings, decrease in activity, and she could start to have a clear discharge. Hope this helps I hate waiting I actually bought a hand held Doppler that I use to listen to the heartbeats. |
