Hi my name is Shirl, my female Yorkie is pregnant, day 62 her temp has dropped significantly to 97.8 was wondering about when she might deliver. I've gotten a few answers from other people but was hoping for some new opinions. Thanks

It would be nice, I took the day off incase she went into labor this last night or today. But other then her temp drop she's showing no signs. The puppies are very active

She should not be left alone if she is close to delivering.

It sounds like she could go into labor anytime. If you work I do hope you will have someone at home that can check on her often after she has the pups. It will be very important that she gets a calcium supplement and lots to eat. How many pups is she expecting? I hope everything goes well.

I do work but have taken the last two days off and I don't work wknds anyway. My job is pretty relaxed so I'm able to come home periodically to check on her and the pups. We're expecting 3, I checked her temp yesterday at 1pm it was 98.8 and it's been 98.2 all day today.. so now it's just a waiting game.
