Has anyone purchased a Yorkie puppy from Julie Soutullo in South Florida?
 

Yes Im making it public. This disgraceful human being Julie Soutullo is selling sick puppies for a fortune here in south Florida and shipping them all around the WORLD. It's illegal for her to do so since she has been arrested 6 times for selling sick puppies and not following the puppy lemon law. She lies about the age to make puppies look smaller and has been known for selling pups with parvovirus that die within a few days. Thankfully My baby is healthy but she never gave me the AKC papers she promised, rather sent me a cheap registry application typed at home. Which is not important to me but its the act of lying. She owned Dixie pups, poochie koochie and yorkilicious had to change the names often because there were thousands of complaints. Now she's selling them from her home in Aventura FL. She lied about her name and fooled me to feel sorry for her saying that he husband was dying and brother was on life support. I have a lawyer on the case and Im trying to save any animal lover from falling into the same trap. I wont stop until she stops shes inhumanely shipping puppies in from South America. Please do your research on your breeder my fellow yorkie lovers!!! I was careful but not careful enough she even lied about the parents! If you have been sold a puppy by her tell me your experience! Yes I was so careful, I had a breeder a few hours away from me with great puppies but she was not easy to get a hold of (she never answered calls) So I did my research here in my area and Julie LIED about her name saying she was Gisselle Ramos had a new phone number. I did a little research on her phone number and found nothing she had an upscale home and I fell for it. Very sad, and plenty of people here have fallen for it! Im sure ill get through to someone on here!! Thank you guys for your support

Thanks for trying to stop this woman and educating others, I wish you good luck! I think it's so hard to find a good breeder and it really takes a lot of patience, but it's really worth the effort.

Just for future reference this is not a private forum that you can control who responds to "YOUR POSTS". Anyone that wants can respond to any post they desire. I find it a bit on the rude side when a remark is made trying to exclude anyone from posting! We all have opinions and a right to express them!

OP... capt noonie is always helpful and tries her best to educate others. If you feel that she or anyone else is being rude or inappropriate you have the option to flag the post for the admid to view it and decide if it is or not. If so they will remove it.

Sickening to hear that this goes on all of the time! Poor little dogs they produce and the poor people they suck into doing business with them. I'm very sorry that this happened and am very glad you are sharing your story with identifying info on the breeder so hopefully a lot of others will be warned away.

It is heart breaking to fall in love with a sick puppy. I have done it myself. I am sorry you did too.

Yes I have a Lawyer on the case and it does apply. She will be arrested definitely, Im just very disappointed and I do believe she needs to pay. I can't imagine what my baby went through before getting home. And I understand that your with a rescue group so you have a way of thinking no prob.

Lock her away and never let her out. Evil person needs to be in a cage.

These threads are not your forums...they are threads...Being straight to the point is not rude its cold hard facts just like the info about this byb, broker, puppymiller you are talking about; furthermore, please read all the rules at the top of this section regarding posting etc.,

Also, this is in the wrong section, I will ask to have it moved. When you calm down and aren't so defensive please continue to share all of your information. This breeder is already on the radar with several organizations trying to shut her down, please be tenacious and continue fighting for the pups, you need to help take her down.

Yes this lady is kissing is a crook!!!!! Now she's says to give her back the puppy for a refund. Is she crazy??? Over my dead body. I will sweat blood to see her go down!!She very well known down here!! I wrote an ad asking people who have been wronged by her to email me and I literally have over 100 responses. Can you believe that??

They always say give the puppy back! Yeah right! So they can just turn around and sell him again? No way! Don't let her intimidate you. That's probably what she's going to do next to get you to back down.

100 responses, this makes me cry. My Mini came from a dirtbag like that, how she has suffered...I will never, ever, ever, understand these people...I just can't believe they asked for the pup back, Dear God these people are insane.

Yes this woman is horrible, I would only buy a dog from a breeder never a pet store to avoid feeding into the greed of puppy mills but I did. This lady posing to be a breeder fooled me and plenty others. Just a week before I bought bentley I passed by a pet store with a 5 month old female yorkie who never knew what life was outside the cage. I carried her and she just starred at me with these big eyes I touched her hair and it was so tangled I couldn't run my fingers through it. I left her because I was afraid she was sick and I didn't want to feed into the greed but I understand why people do it. I spent the whole night thinking about her. My neighbor just bought 2 poodles from a pet store (after I begged her not to) they were 5 and 8 months and had so many tangles she couldn't tell the color they were. Never touching the floor or being let out of the cage. Those dogs are so scared they can't believe the amount of love they are given and good educated people are falling for this. I can't imagine the amount of suffering my dogs parents have gone through. Can't imagine what dogs go through every day.... And some of us unknowingly contribute to it.

You two are so Amazing. I cant even imagine your struggles and the work that goes into what you do to get people like this from doing wrong by these innocent pups.
