Well, I think we are all done! 6 girls and 1 boy!!! Our #2 girl was the smallest @4.2 she nursed really well right after she was born, but we haven't been able to get her to latch on since. I've been giving her a little bit of nursemate ASAP with an eye dropper and she squishes up her little face at me! But, that worked wonders to perk her up, so we'll just pay extra attention to her. Tenley did AMAZING! The first one didn't come with her placenta, and we waited and waited. Well, it finally came... wrapped around #7! #7's sack was already off by the time she came out, but she came out telling us all about it! Phew! Exhausting day, but so wonderful! I'll post some pictures as soon as things calm down and I figure out how. I just wanted to say thank you again for all the wonderful information here. Carmen, I think the Red Raspberry is a miracle worker! Tenley only had to push to get the first one out and the last 2. The other ones pretty much fell right out!

Here are some pictures. Girl #2 is doing so good now. Here are the stats, in case you're interested! Girl #1 born @ 4:10pm @4.6oz Girl #2 born @ 5:12pm @4.2oz Girl #3 born @ 5:52pm @4.9oz Girl #4 born @ 6:27pm @4.5oz Boy born @ 6:49pm @5.4oz Girl #5 born @ 7:59pm @4.6oz Girl #6 born @ 8:44pm @4.8oz when she came out, her sack was gone and she was wrapped in a different placenta. That scared me for a second, but then she started yelling at us, and I was relieved. So proud of my little lady! Hello Pateut! It's nice to see someone else from UT on here!

Yeah, I was pretty surprised! We were thinking 4 or 5 would be big! Tenley was about 9 pounds pre pregnancy.

♥Trained by my pups♥ Donating YT 500 Club Member | awwww everyone looks wonderful You will have so much fun now as they begin to change open eyes etc...... Once they all get moving around its a lot of work keeping everything clean but so worth it I keep in close contact with almost every puppy my Lexi had and wish everyone a happy birthday and get pictures often. I so look forward to watching these pups grow. Just make sure to be very picky and check out the people you sell to. You so not want one of these precious babies going to a bad home if you can help it. And I would suggest putting in a contract if they have to surrender you are the first one they must call. Again thanks for the great pictures

Thank you MishyMish! Whelping pudding is a mix of goats milk, karo syrup and an egg. It gives energy to the mom during and after whelping and you can use it to supplement a puppy. There is a sticky at the top of this section that tells you about it and how to make it and use it.
