| I have just recently read a paragraph about raspberry leaves. This is what I read: Many experienced old time breeders are strong advocates of raspberry leaves in their matrons diets. The addition of these finely chopped leaves is supposed to help matrons sustain adequate contractions throughout their deliveries ( providing all nutritional requirements including supplementation’s are met) dried raspberry leaves or raspberry tea can be found in any good health food store. I hope this answered your question. Karin |
