I can't recommend any Parti breeders, but if you decide you want a traditional colored Yorkie, PM me and I can try to recommend some breeders to you.

| ![]() One thing about getting a dog from a good breeder = pet quality. You are buying for health more than looks.Pet quality. While they will look good unless your showing you won't notice. Every breeder can't have a Champion dog and sire all Champion Pups. But they can have healthy ones that will live along time. And if you happen to have one with problems a reputable breeder will help with bills or exchange pups. Because they are confident that they are breeding healthy pups. But stuff happens. |

| ![]() I appreciate the suggestions. Hubby is thinking we should actually get two, so that one will not be lonely. I don't see how it could get lonely, when it will be with me most of the time and sleeping with us the rest. But hey! Who am I to argue. ![]() Cathie |

But I do always encourage folks who are paying a premium for a purebred dog, not to settle for much less than a very well bred and healthy Yorkie. That means that their dogs once full grown, should look like a Yorkie, act like a Yorkie, and just be the best of what a Yorkie is, in terms of temperament, health, and structure. The coat might be a bit "off", or the weight, or the coloration, but hey there is no mistaking a well bred Yorkie, be it show or pet.
