| preg. xrays done today!! So excited So tink is expecting her second litter! We're excited. She had her xrays done today(about day 52)! She's having 3 for sure a possible 4th one that looks like it might be hiding behind another so we're not 100% sure! Just thought I would share the good news with everyone. They aren't going to be yorkies but yorki-poos but I am excited anyways! Doc said it could be any day now. Her temp has been a constant 100.something for the past week and a half. Let's hope for tonight!

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | well I guess not everyone retires their girls at age 5... Please be VERY cutious, with her, she is older and she might tired during labor have warm chicken broth and the whelping drink handy, she might need help, also as soon as she whelps she should have PLENTY of calcium, have a tube of oracal plus at hand, also Dr. Roys Bone tabs, I give that to my girls twice a day to keep the calcium levels high so she does not get Eclamsia.. and PLEASE, consider spaying this girl after this litter the older the bitch the weaker the puppies and a higher risk of loosing her.. best of luck to you and her... hugs, |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I am NOT judging you, just because i retire my girls at age 5 I know others don't, I just want to make sure you know that you are putting this girls life in a higher risk than the younger bitches, and she will need EXTRA CARE, specially if she has more than one puppy to support she will need LOts of extra help, YOU will not have a life until this litter is basically wean, as long as she is lactating she needs LOts and LotS of calcium and GOOD fOOD, also buy liver , boil it and give her the broth and pieces of the liver mix with her puppy kibble and whelping pudding.. best of luck to both of you.. |

| thank you. i agree. no i didnt plan this and yes i take full responsiblity it is my fault she got pregnant when i wasn't planning on it due to me not spaying her. She's been to our vet multiple times to be checked out. I take full responsiblity that i didnt do what i was suppose to but i am also doing everything i can. I have money if she needs emergency care. I have had some experience in this from when i worked at a vet and i do plan on getting her spayed as soon as possible so i do not have to worry about this happening again. And maybe i should have aborted them or fixed her sooner but 1 im against aborting them and 2 i didnt so i am doing the best i can with what has happened. I just was excited and getting talked down to upset me when i was excited and happy. I am doing everything i can. Everything I have read to do. I have enough money if a c-section is needed. I have the emergency vet i will be going to picked out already if its needed and it just irritated me to have someone look down on me when ive seen other people on here doing worse things and everyone just giving them advice and i just wanted to share my happy news. Sorry for venting I just want everyone to know that yes, i know i messed up but i'm not some trash that can't take care of my baby.
