Just had puppy #5.... boy 4 oz.... The mamas owner is on her wayto the vet with the baby

Hope she is okay. Sounds like otherwise you are doing okay am
And momma is doing okay you giving her a little food to keep her energy up. My vet always gave me some canned food for during labor. She would eat a little not a lot but it seemed to help her. Good luck

We r being sent 2 another vet 30miles away I am now taking her drivin 90mph. My daughter is typing this for me. Mom and other babies r doing great. I gave mom some whelping pudding before I left and she drank it all. Keep u posted....

Great good luck. It is probley a little stressful to her. Being that she has not been in a car much and puppies on top of it so keeping something in her should help. As long as she does not decide to throw it up. Your doing a great job and this little momma is darn lucky to have you. Why is the vet sending you to another vet? Hoping this is just because of the one puppy that needs help.

At this point, keep your focus on the task at hand. You can update when all is over.......

I agree Sounds like all is well except for the one little girl. And she is doing what she can for her. It's a lot of stress for dog and her.

Just left the vet, and the babbys intestines were torn. She sewed them back together and put them back inside and sewed her tummy closed. Her chances aren't good.I'm giving her nutrical and headed to pick up a beef liver. But, she is fading.
