That email was different from the one I found, so hopefully it will work. That web address with the ".tk" in the suffix means that it is hosted in the south pacific island of Tokelau, so the scammer could be literally anywhere in the world. ( Pacific island cashes in on website domain - Telegraph ) I have no idea what she can do about this. I could only think of two suggestions: I gave her a link for reporting internet fraud online, and even though the FBI doesn't have jurisdiction in Camaroon, at least this will document the problem. And I also suggested that she put a disclaimer on her own website to warn people about the other website and establish that she is in no way connected. I hate scammers. |

The owner of edenvalleyyorkies.com should follow the instructions above to report them. Also, you can (probably) get them delisted from google by following the instructions here: Report copyright infringement : Remove information from Google - Web Search Help |
The way I read that, the scammer isn't in the Netherlands, dot tk is, the service that he went through to get a web address. Dot TK: Dot TK - Renaming The Internet Dot TK - Renaming The Internet It looks like I can use the "copyright@dot.tk" to report copyright abuse, though. I have tried every which way to google the scammer's website, and I can't get it to show up on a google search. I can find his ads, but the website itself doesn't seem to be "googleable. I don't see anything there for them to "delist?" |

That is the strangest thing I've seen. I don't understand why he would lift whole blocks from her site. He is basically saying he is she. ???? Are we sure this is NOT another site that belongs to her? It does say under construction at one point. But then the .tk would not make sense would it? Hope you can get a hold of her to alert to the situation. Great sleuthing! We have some of the sharpest eyes around here at YT! If I ever need a Private Detective, I will start with y'all first. :D |

Many fine top breeders have web sites to show what they have achieved. I refer to their sites to see photo's of what's new in the ring and enjoy pic's of old champions I have seen in their career. I see nothing unethical about a breeder simply stating...."pets for sale to approved homes" when they have pets...how else can the public buy from reputable breeders if they can not find reputable breeders...I do not think there is a need to list the pic and prices, with paypal check out like an ebay purchase..but let the public know there are options besides a pet shop. PS..many top breeders perfer advertizing wins in breed magazines.. |
The email that I sent over 10 hours ago wasn't rejected, so it's a good one. (Thanks, Mardelin). I haven't received a response yet, so the ball is in her court. At least she has the details and can pursue it if she wants. |

Several, well known exhibitors have websites to show case their dogs accomplishments. Most have no pics of pups, and only stating pups available occassionaly. |
