I started reading this thread and stopped at page 3 when it became clear that, IMO, it's one of the most ridiculous and hypocritical threads I have ever read here on YT. And that's saying a lot! :p

Links to ads for pups are posted and discussed on here all the time. Questionable breeding practices, selling pups to young is often a topic of conversation. Only this time, it was suddenly "wrong" because it just so happened to be a member of YT who happens to be having a rough time. Any other time, no one takes issue with it. I believe that not so long ago, there was a thread where this same breeder had their breeding practices laid out there for everyone to see and who got some really negative comments as a results. I didn't see people lining up jumping to her defense then? Why is it different now?

What even more laughable are the statements that people are reacting this way to 'teach megansmomma a lesson' because she needs to 'change her ways.' Give me a break! What makes any of you think you are perfect? Who declared that your purpose on Earth is to dictate and control other people like that?! What makes you think that people should change according to what you all deem appropriate? "People are tired of it" and "I see it happen to much for MY liking" "Its the same people over and over". Well here's a hint, if you hate seeing the same posts from the same people USE THE IGNORE FEATURE. Problem solved, you never have to read a post from them again what a novel concept! Otherwise, if you hate it and are that miserable on YT because Heaven forbid, people don't post in the manner with opinions that YOU deem appropriate...well there's the door, hit the road. No one is forcing anyone else to be here. It's a choice.

I know alot of people struggle with money. Does that mean they don't take care of their animals? When I buy groceries it includes food for my dogs. I have seen her dogs and how they are treated and they are taken more care of than most.

Another thing their are 2100 puppies listed on puppyfind..most under 12 weeks old they pick out her add..come one..

WOW...I just got home from lunch with a friend and did some Christmas shoppping.
As I was looking over this cluster of a thread, I was mulling over in my mind what to post.
I could not have said it better than what you just said.

In all of 3 minutes on puppy find, I located several dozen ads that you all would be jumping all over. And you would be appalled by them for the same reasons MM was upset by the one her friend sent her. Not one of you would be giving megansmom a rough time if she posted any of these ads:

Before this thread flames up again, stress ulcers are caused by the PHYSIOLOGICAL stress of a serious illness. Not by someone getting upset over a posting.

Everyone struggles with money depending on other things in their lives and it is all relative. That is not my point. My point is that Sugar's Mom had no money to refund a bad purchase to rbelland back in July, 2010 when rbelland was upset about the breeding dog she purchased because rbelland did not want to breed a dog that threw open fontanels (more than once I might add) despite sugar's mom suggesting she breed the dog regardless of this history I thought our breed had it bad with liver shunt but holes in the head - I mean seriously that is really horrible. I think it calls into question her ability to care for the dogs if she only has money for groceries. Proper dog ownership means more than feeding them, at least it does in my world. To each their own, I guess.

Actually, I think most of us know what the real cause is. Has nothing to do with YT. It has been an ongoing thing from what I was told unless someone told me wrong. *shrug* Bottom line, no one on an online forum could cause it.

I am not blaming or flaming anyone. I just thought some could show some compassion. She has ulcers due to stress... not sure where they came from.

Compassion? For only one person? Seems that for two days now people have done their level best to keep the fires burning and trash someone who did NOTHING wrong...and NOTHING mean. If all of these people are so compassionate and kind, WHY are they keeping it going? Threads have been closed and you all just keep on going. The entire matter has been such a joke. None of you who are keeping it going can see how mean you all sound while pointing your fingers? I mean..seriously, how can you all elevate yourselves the way you do????
I find it all to be beyond hypocritical. I don't see one ounce of compassion in your attitudes.

I opened up a big can of worms here and, honestly, I don't know enough of the history to even follow anymore where this post has gone. Even though I do read on here, I'm not that good with names to know who is friends with who but I try to remember which posters I think are funny and smart. Anyway, there is way too much drama going on here for me to follow and maybe stuff that I don't know. Like, if the person in question is abusive and negligent in caring for her dogs, then I might be hateful towards her too. I don't know. Michael Vick -- not a fan. And the Giants sucked it up today big so I'm out of this thread.

I can say I have compassion for everyone. I have not had an attidue with anyone. I stated how I feel and that is my right. I have not been rude, mean or anything else on this thread. I just came in this evening to change my profile and seen someone commented to me so I commented back. So don't point fingers at me.

I agree that was a sad thing to see no one helping that person. That's why I posted a link to the thread in the breeder section. Thankfully, a few of the breeders have been there now to offer advice.
