Wow! How interesting! I've heard of false pregnancies but never heard of them actually have "fake" labor. I guess you never know!

The vet was just as stun by her as I am. He kinda laughed and said she is very much the drama queen. LOL

Poor Gracie...I have a degree in Psychology so if she feels she needs someone to talk to...just have her ring me up. ;)

Poor Gracie:cry: I'm SO glad that she's with you now, you obviously care for her a great deal:love: Hopefully she'll be "over" the false pregnancy very soon, so that she can start learning how to BE the baby;)

She's simply gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like poor Gracie has had so many babies it's about time she was the baby herself :)

Thank you all...I dont think she ever has been taught to use the phone but Ill give the message luvfla. I just had to let people know what gracie is going through now since I pulled people into my fear she was pregnant. U all have been a Great help to me with Gracie and I am so glad I joined the site. Maybe some day Ill be able to help someone with their doggie issues. Gracie is still " the proud Mommy" of those stuffys and a very happy girl!

Ok...This post is fresakin me out..lol..Because izzy is acting the same way...She just got done with her 1st heat 16th of July...She HAS NOT been around any males because we were on vacation right after that...But all the sudden she has been laying around, wanting to be held all the time, But she's not swollen at all...Maybe false preggy? I dont know ..I hope not!!

When girls go into heat, their is a hormones are raging. Even though their heat cycle is over, it takes awhile for them to mental get back to normal. Sometimes a few weeks.

Oh Thank you for telling me that... She was suppose to get fixed on the 3 rd.. But her vet wanted to hold she had just went off her heat a few weeks before... She wants to wait about 2 more months.. Is that pretty normal?

Some vets will perform a spay while a girl is in heat. A bit more tricky and dangerous but, it can be done by an experienced vet.

Here's the thing. I wouldn't wait too long. With each unbred heat a girl can experience pyometra, you don't want that to happen, it can take her life and she'll have to undergo an emergency spay to save her life. Watch her carefully especially over the next few weeks. It's been a month, I'd get her in about the first week of September at the latest.

OMGoodness!! What would I do without YT.... I will get her in asap in the Sept... Thanks so much for the info regaurding this :thumbup:

Poor Gracie, she has lead such a rough life with that person. Thank heavens you found her. Are you going to post her puppies in the for sale section:yelrotflm.
I hope she is feeling better and is learning what a yorkie life is like

O no.!!. She has six very low maintenance "Pups"We are going to keep them all!!!! :p
Seriously, she is getting spay next week. So this will never happen to her again..OR me!:D

Shes a wonderful little dog! I would do it for any dog as I have since rescued 2 more little dogs that have HUGE issues. I wish I could save them all.
