| ![]() So glad to hear some good news, and I wish you continued good luck in the future with both situations that have been hard to deal with lately.

| ![]() Great news. Hopefully you'll have 100% reassurance tomorrow. Sounds like things may calm down in your life. Maybe this was a warning???? I read in one of your other posts that chloe has a liver shunt. Since breeding should be to better the breed. Maybe the best thing to do is spay her and keep her as a Special one of a kind unique baby that she is.. Just a thought.. |

Start getting your equipment ready. Read, read, read and study, study, study..... Gathering your meds And be prepared to give up a minimum of 12 weeks of your life

Thank you, Yeah I would like to assure everyone am not one who would go into anything so serious without reading and learning all of the consequences. If I do It will not be a decision I make like what to wear in the morning. I am not saying that I will or will not breed her That will be a decision my vet, partner, And I will have to make When/If we are sure we are ready. Luckily for me I am in a position financially where I can Afford the best for her, And I do not leave her as I am a stay at home dad, So I would have the time to give up in my life for this. That being said If/when I decide she will not be bred, I will then have her spayed. I am aware at this point shes to small to breed so if she doesn't grow more, This will be a mood point anyhow, And that is why I wrote this thread to begin with as I was soooo scared about her not only being poss preg by her relative but that she was to young and small As well as me not being ready. The only dog she is ever in contact with is my mothers(which he is being neutered this week as well as getting his teeth pulled too)So that will no longer be an issue. Had I known my mom was going to let them interact I would not have left her with her, I would have paid for boarding, It was purely selfish on my part as it made me feel better to leave her with my mom. The reason I had her in a diaper wasn't so they could play, It was so she wouldn't bleed in my moms house. She's a inside dog as we live on the third and top floor of our condo and she is litterbox trained. We do go for our walks but it is on a private trail and rarely come across other dogs (which I immediately pick her up). So I am not concerned about her having another issue like this until we make our decision. So for everyone concerned, I appreciate the feedback, I am weighing it all heavily, And I will not be making this desicion anytime soon. It will not be a descion I will make lightly. And if I do decide to go the route of breeding her Her pups will only go to family and they will be spayed and or neutered At my expense. And I am forever grateful for all the kind words, great advise, and genuine concern, That is why I am so proud to be a member of this great family here on YT!! So I do not want to seem rude but I dont want to debate breeding in this thread, As I am not even sure we will . Thanks everyone ttyl and have a good night.

I'm happy that she doesn't have a liver shunt. And I don't blame you for not getting "into it" with anyone about to spay or not spay, to have a litter or not have a litter. You love your dog, you'll do whats right. ![]() | |
