I have both on hand,, the tea I buy at my natural shop I had a girl in a whelping that I assisted she got tired and we knew she had 2 more puppies to deliver, we gave her the tea mixed with 1/4 teaspoon of Karo syrop and she had the 2 babies in whitin the hour, for after whelping you give 1/2 a cup right after whelping and 1/2 a cup for 3 days there after every other day, the syrop comes with instructions based on your dogs weight. I have both handy but favor the tea.

I get they syrup from, revival also. I started giving it to her 2 weeks before her due date. I have never had one deliver them so rapidly. I attribute that to the raspberry.

I pour it over the top of her cottage cheese and boiled egg which I also start two weeks before due daste.

nope, I put a touch of whelping pudding in it and mix it and the love it..:D:D:D now if I have to give it during labor then I do seringe feed it to the mama because I want it to work fast, but for after whelping just mix it with a bit of whelping pudding. some girls are a lot pickier than others.

i have pups due in 4 wks so will get some of this and give to Ebony starting in 2 wks..... this is great thank you sooooo much :D

My Zoe gave birth to her 2nd litter last Monday. With each pup born, the pup was out with the placenta inside and the puppy tight against her vulva for an extended amount of time. It was not easy getting in there to cut the cord and I'm wondering if the tea would help with this problem? Anyone know?

That's what I do too. I just use a very gentle touch and it comes right out.

if you still in doubt call your vet and see if he will give it an oxytocin shot. my vet is very against oxy use, I been using the tea for sometime now and it worked every time like a charm. it also helps with milk production.

My little girl is due in a few days and I would like to have everything handy for anything that could go wrong. Never heard of rasberry leaf tea or syrup. Could you tell me what that is and where I would go to get that? Thanks

Thank you. I guess I need to see if I can find it locally at this point. Just checked on delivery and it won't make it here by the time we need it. Thanks for the link.

Oh my... I couldn't read fast enough!!! I am SO glad to hear that the placenta finally came out. SCARY!!! :eek: Wishing both Mom and babies the best!!! Can't wait to see pictures...

Did you find the raspdberry tea leaves. I think you can get them at places like GNC.
