| First time breeder Hi Everyone, This is my very first thread on this site and I am so thrilled to have found you. I have an adorable 2-year yorkie who I am breeding for the first time on Monday which will be day 9 of her heat season. I am very prepared mentally and have done much research and have a great stud. One major question though, Chelsie was due for her physical for updated shots etc, the end of next month. I took her last nite to receive her vacines as I know I cannot when she is pregnant. By me have given her shots last nite will that in any way alter her from conceiving? Thank You. Nancy |

| Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I would not think it would be a problem. Good luck with the breeding. |

| All I know about that is our Australian Shepherd was pregnant when she was due for shots and our vet said it wouldn't be a big deal to wait until after she had the puppies and was done nursing. Good luck!
