| LOL they "only accept cash" but they want you to accept the weirdo (and fake) money order they will send you. If you just email back that you accept cash only and tell them to paypal it or western union cash to you they will probably disappear.

| I just googled that address. It's not a house. It's some kind of connecting buildings. Look up the address then pull up the birds eye view. I would definetly not go with this. If you have a name, try and google it. You could also call the police dept. in the area and see what they say. This does not look good.

| Overpayment Scam Here's a youtube video about how the scam works, including how good the cashier's check looks--until it bounces (after you've wired the money). http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=NACLlbKqhVA Last edited by Peabody; 08-03-2009 at 05:37 PM. |

| SCAM! Please don't fall for this. I work with several hearing impaired ladies and none would ever do something like this. They would have other family members or friends contact you.

| I work for a local newspaper, and we will get calls from the relay service for classified ad placements for puppies for sale (another scam)! The credit card used to pay for the ad will come back 1 month later as a stolen card. We no longer accept these relay calls and ask they place their request for ads in an email. It is sad that people are taking advantage of the relay service to scam people! |

| It's for sure a scam....all the time people wanting to scam will use a pick up service and want to pay with certified checks or money orders but they are fake and once your bank finds out it's fake they will hold you liable for the money not the scammer unfortunately. Donna |

| Melissa this is a scam i have recieved this same email more than once and so have some of my friends, we never talked on the phone to anyone just emails, i deleted mine. It is a little ironic that they are giving a Paris, Tn address since Paris is only about an hour from me. Its a very nice old little town where Hank Jr had a place several years ago
