I have his AKC paper already, with full registration. and nope, she didn't really have a contract sign with me. She said the contract is on her website. So I guess, there is no contract said he is limited.

I still want to report to AKC, even though I don't know how much they can help me, but as I am talking to my local AKC field agent (the inspector that come to your place and visit you^^), she said she can help me with the process. So during these process, I think I will keep Duckie with me. He is not what I am looking for, and plus the hernia, so if I am going to place him to another family later in the future, I will have him neutered.

Shave his ears all the way down on both sides....then tape, up for 5 down for 2. Keep repeating until they stay up.

The only thing that AKC can do for you is: If there is anything to do with the parentage of the pup and/or a problem with her records. For the parentage thing I think there is a big fee.

Now in defense of the pup. His ears to the side of his head is not unusual, as they grow and they develop that may change. The white on his feet and other parts of his little body will change. In addition, I've had some pretty ugly pups or at least not the cutest in the bunch turn out to be my show dog...As they've matured they've turned into a swan. Ears; right on top of their head, coats to die for, and all those white markings turn to a beautiful gold.

I just got an email from Tiffany this morning. This is what she wrote.

"I just had a few show breeders that are good friends of mine, tell me your slander me on yorkie talk, i will take suit for slander on that sight, and we longer will be doing business, i have been fair, and have gave you ample opportunity on this, now i shall file a civil suit, thank you! tiffany"

Talking about true on YorkieTalk is being describe as slander her??

I do not make things up as you all see the pictures of the puppy, as well as the pictures of the hernia on the puppy.

This is just ridiculous, and I wonder how she will be able to file a suit against the truth.

Can I ask the name of the sire of your puppy? Just curious about something, I show my dogs but have ever only sold one as true show potenial and then the person who bought him showed him afew times and won but decided that showing was too much work and had him neutered. I also require a deposit on my puppies but if something like this situation were to come about I would gladly refund the buyers deposit unless they wanted to take a different pup. I don't know Tiffany personally so I can't and won't say anything other than I have heard stories like this before on some of her pups. As well I have heard others say that they were very pleased with the puppy they got from her.
I do agree though that the puppy should never have been sent to the OP without her being told about the hernia and if in fact she had put her deposit down for a show/breeder female that is what she should have gotten and Tiffany should have given her the female that she decided to keep for herself. I am very interested in knowing who the sire is though if you wouldn't mind saying.

I'm just amazed that this person sold a dog on open registration to someone she didn't know and gave her the run around for months and she still didn't get what she wanted in the end.

Both the parents of the boy are very nice and pretty. I love the face of Dylan and Waneska.

Who is Trish? You should really get him DNA tested to make sure he is sired from who she says he is. Im willing to bet he is not. She may be using a sire that has not been DNA tested. As another fact she breeds her males as many times as she can without getting them tested. Then sells them and the new owner has to get it done because of the AKC regulations.

On the AKC paper she gave me, it show the puppy is out of Ch Dylan and Waneska. I also have the same concern, so I already placed and order for the DNA kit.

But I thought AKC has the regulation that is you registered the puppy using the wrong parentage, the parent's akc will be suspended?? is it?

I dont think that is the way it goes. The DNA is used only if there is a question on the parentage....If it proves to be incorrect, then it's up to the breeder to have pups DNA's and provide DNA on the other possible sires in her kennel.

So does that mean, if the parents information are provide incorrectly, then all the breeder needs to do is to correct it, that's all?? Or even if the breeder does not want to correct it, nothing will happen to her at all?

It's up to her to correct it. If the breeder doesn't provide the correct information or make her dogs available for AKC testing then she runs the risk of a fine and suspension.

I would be very surprised if the pup is not out of Dylan.....Because even though she has bred to Chandler "Ch Tyava's Sure Shot" Chandler's stud contract says all produce sired by him must be placed on a spay/nueter contract. I think it's even tighter than that and it goes up to 2nd and 3rd generation offspring.

I would still continue on with the testing. And if by chance the papers are incorrect it will validate your claim and may help you win a civil suit if you so choose to go that route. And I am sure the AKC has some reprocussions if she is doing this. THe AKC will investigate as they did before. It will be up to her to provide the info to the AKC and to rectify her unethical breeding program. :confused:

I can prove all of my puppies are born inside my house, and raise by our foot. I take weekly pictures of my babies since the day they born, and sometimes when people has special request such as include a note with their name and address in the pictures of the puppies, I can always do that.

She is lying about the pet store, and this really make me mad. I do not resell her dogs; the dogs I bought from her before is not suitable for breeding, and I replace them into a new home when they are 1yrs old.

Angel is definitely not a pet store. I have dealt with her before. I can promise any of you guys this. When the pup I got turned out to have LP, she was willing to take her back, giving me full refund back with no hesitation. She even placed her in a pet home.

WOW! I am appalled by the report she made. Everything about it is untrue except for the hernia part. I can't believe she's making up these lies.... selling schnauzers??? where did she get that??? Also, what is tiny puppy planet? All you have are photos on websites.. only place you advertise is on puppyfind.com.

I PUT IT ON everything I love that Angel is no pet store. Also, she makes sure her parents are tested before breeding. I'm so sorry that you're going through this. I hope everything will work out for you. Hang in there girl!

I do have a litter of Schnauzer now, but it's out of our only schnauzer female we have in our family. I bought a schnauzer for my mom at the year of 2004 as her Christmas gift, and we recently bred her to my friend's male and have a litter of 7 puppies from her. For the past 5 years, this is the second time I bred her.

Yeah, I don't know why she make a big deal of my photopage link. The only place I would advertise is puppyfind.com or local newspapers. Sometimes I will tried other advertisement website, but they don't work as well as puppyfind.

Thank you for giving me all the support. Although I am upset about her, but I will still continue do what is right to do. Breeding is only for the betterment of the breed; my puppies showeverything for me. If you stopped payment, then why are you not returning the puppy if she wants the puppy back or try to work out something where she gets half her money back. As wrong as it was for her to sell you a puppy with a hernia, it is also wrong what you have done.

If Angel paid by paypal she will not automatically have her monies returned. Her request will have to go through a certain procedure and she will have to prove her claim. The breeder is the one in the wrong and it was the breeder's responsibility to disclose the hernia before shipment. Apparently the breeder has no plans of making a refund for the return of her puppy, so Angel has every right to dispute her purchase through paypal.

Just saw this as the thread was brought back to the top. I never said you were currently suspended, just that you were on the Suspension list (I checked the one Barkbytes put out by compiling names from the AKC Gazettes' suspension reports). So, my facts are straight! I did not judge you, I simply went to a credible reference to check and relayed the facts. As far as standing behind your dogs....and the difference between selling a dog with full registration/show prospect/show dog/breeding potential, etc... I think the rest of the posts have covered that.

I did not appreciate being told I "need to do something with my life beside HEAR SAY" when I was answering a question from a fellow YT member with facts from a good reference. I did not pass on gossip, only what is part of the record with AKC. As a breeder, you have to realize your record of suspensions can be requested, looked up, and passed on. It does not magically disappear, just because the suspension period has passed and the fines have been paid.

She said, "Nope, the only thing she said is true is that she sold me a dog with hernia." So, I think she disputes everything else the breeder put in that ripoff report. That is the bad part about sites like those. It is good that customers can tell their story when they get ripped off but then the seller is also free to post anything they want. It is not uncommon for them to make up things to make the customer look bad. When I see something like that I automatically am skeptical. A reputable breeder would have defended themself with what they do right not what someone else does wrong.

I think the OP is maintaining that she has not received her money back. At the very least, the breeder probably still has the first $500 deposit. Since that was kept for years, I doubt paypal would go back to recoup that part of the payment even if their investigation proves the breeder was at fault in the transaction.

I would love to give her the puppy back, but she is not willing to offer me a ful refund. I had been emailing her since the day I got the puppy, and I had made myself very clear that I want a full refund, and she can take her puppy back.

At the most recently phone call conversation with her, I made myself clear again, but all I got is a conversation with all the "fxxx" word; I have it record. She did not want to work with me at all.

I can only dispute the balance I made for the puppy, but I can not get my deposit back unless she is willing to return it. I will definately give her the puppy back after I got my full refund, but so far, all she had done is slander me on other website.
