| Congratulations on your new litter. Have you been just giving her dry puppy food? I always hand feed my new mommas the first few days. Mine love the canned Pedigree Lamb and Rice puppy food and also the new Pedigree Healthy Digestion is a good one to mix with their dry food. You can mix a little cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs with her food. Just do whatever you can to make her eat. Sometimes if they have eaten some of the afterbirth they will not be hunger right away. Be sure to give her some Nutri-cal a few times a day too. Best of luck. |
