We all make mistakes and get things confused at times. We are human. I am talking about those who do it intentionally.

You are right-I would want someone to to contact me also. I know in the past we have gone on the thread and tried to provide the correct information in a kind manner and it blows up in your face. The PM's scare me on somethings cause if I am dealing with Barney Fifie I do not trust them with things said in a private conversation. I want witnesses.

hehe! I understand. But, you can include 2 people in your pm-s when sending them. That way, you can have a witness.

Thank you Kathy for this post . Few months ago , I wrote to Joan and she gave me very good advices about 2 of my girls . I didn't have the chance to meet her but from what she wrote to me , Joan seems to be a very generous person .
