| What do you feed your mommies? What does everyone feed their Pregnant yorkies during the last month? I increased her kibble (Chicken soup for the Dog Lovers soul) and I add 1/4 cup cottage cheese or plain yogurt to her kibble. She eats some people food chicken, rice, peaches. Am I missing anything? Oh and is it true I need to stop the cottage cheese/yogurt the week before her due date? But to restart it after whelping? Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions. We do appreciate it! |

After whelping I put them on canned and whelping pudding as well as the dry food as well. I also use Doc Roys Healthy Bone pills as well. But only AFTER whelp. | |

| Mine get either Canidae or Chicken Soup dry food mixed with a little Pedigree Chopped Chicken. After the pups are born I start adding canned Pedigree Lamb and Rice puppy food to their dry food. I have never given whelping pudding but sometimes the first few days I might give them a little Nutri-cal. I just make sure they always have plenty of food to eat. |
