Phoebe_lulu First off i am deeply sorry for your loss and what you are going thru right now. I have also lost a close family member and i was down in the dumps over it. My female came into her second heat and i did everything possible to keep them apart. I separated them in rooms when left alone and put puppy diapers on her. We left the house and put them in separate rooms with her in a diaper in my daughters room. Well he broke her door to get to her and when we got home (10 minutes) later they were both in the living room and her diaper had a hole chewed out. This was on April 29. She is 16 months old and pregnant now. I decided against the shot because i didnt think they locked up she would bark and get mean if he got near her, and we were only gone 10 minutes. We are on day 40 and i am scared for her. This is my first time and wasnt expecting to do this for another year. I have everything i need for her and her pups but also have same problem with the vet. They dont have mentors and that is what i need. I hope all goes well with your baby girl. Ill keep you and honey in my prayers. |
Still no baby, so I sent her to the Vet.. She's supposed to call me when she is done there. |

It is night-night for me, also. Will check in when I get up. My prayers for Honey and her new family and her mama. Also, my sorrow on the loss of grandbaby. Lost my adult eldest son six yrs ago this mo. so I am aware of the pain. Good night all. |
LOL.. I told her as soon as she called the Vet, she'd get a baby.. She now has a baby! |

No kidding and the Vet screamed at her, said if she doesn't go in 3 more hours to call him. She also said he was dirty, so she didn't want to go there any way. 2nd one a girl.. 4.7 |

wth?? even in the tiny town I live in, the vets here have more sense than that. Honey is having some good sized babies. My babies were a week old before they weighed that much! |
This is so exciting. I love babies of all kinds. These are some good sized babies, hope mom comes out ok. |
